Guests who choose to be able to use the propane pool heater are responsible for paying (in advance- ask for details) for use of and their consumption of propane fuel for the pool heater. (please note that pool is naturally about 80 degrees in daytime, depending on weather conditions, if the heater is used and set on high and left running continuously the tanks may be emptied in less than 48 hrs.
Guests (of longer than weekends), pay for all paid-events on Cable, Weekly Services : Pool maintenance, 1x/wk Trash Pick-up, Gardener; plus electricity, propane for pool heater, non local telephone calls),

Tenant is responsible for the cost of the use of any propane fuel for the pool heater. The propane tank will be full upon arrival. It will be refilled upon departure. Fuel used will be deducted from the security deposit.
Landlord provides free full cable, internet and WiFi. Tenant is responsible for the cost of any paid events and movies. Cost will be deducted from the security deposit.
Re: Pool heater propane:

Government regulations for delivery of Propane Fuel for pool heaters require that fuel purchasers must have an an established, credit checked account.
Fuel must be charged to the homeowner's account and be reimbursed to the homeowner.

It is not possible to accurately estimate in advance the quantity of fuel that may be used by a tenant, therefore a $500. Security Deposit is required for rentals up to 3 nights.

Propane currently costs $3.30/gal and is commonly consumed at 4-5 gal/hr ( approximately $13- 17/hr. "To take the chill off".) This estimate assumes that the heater is turned on in the AM and turned off in the afternoon, and that weather is normal.

The propane tank will be filled before tenant arrives and will be measured and refilled after departure. The actual cost of the fuel consumed is the responsibility of the tenant and will be deducted from the security, at cost.

Re: Cable TV, Internet and WiFi service:
The landlord provides Cable TV, Internet and WiFi service as part of the rental price.
The cost of Pay-Per-View events and movies is the responsibility of the tenant and will be deducted from the security at cost.

beautiful home, more than enough space for my family of four! everything was very easy to find and very clean!!! barry and his wife were lovely to our family and helpful along the way. highly recommend the house - beautiful pool and kitchen - everything you need for a little getaway!

This was a really great house and Barry was a lovely host. The house is very cool with a well-equipped kitchen, lovely BBQ and pool area and a fun and funky vibe. For our party of seven, it was just perfect. My only small comment is that this is Barry and Judy's primary home and so the kitchen (fridge) and master bedroom did have their things in them - which felt a little funny to us. But it did not prevent us from having a lovely time in this great house!

We loved our stay. The house was beautiful. And the owners were very helpful and went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. I highly recommend renting this house.

We had a great time in the house, and Barry and his wife welcomed our family very warmly and made us feel very welcome. We were six adults and two kids and stayed for a weekend, and it was exactly what we were looking for. A great house with plenty of room, outdoor space and a pool.
