Welcome to Marbella, our house, now yours for the period you´ve reserve it for, its a great opportunity. Location: An expensive section of the very well known Marbella Golden Mile during your stay, The Old Town is just a comfortable 15 to 20 minute walk along your choice of either the beach side boardwalk, paved with marble (Maritimo), or the towns side walks with abundance of stores and shops. During he evening stroll the famous Puerto Banus port, a few minutes drive. Royal yachts, luxury stores, a trourist hot spot with restaurants, bars and the best clubs. Vicinity: Our house is located in a private Urbanization with your choice of private or public parking at no extra charge. (Security cameras and Guard all night) Best spot of the compound with the view of "La Concha" mountain and ocean with the coast of Morocco. Family restaurants, supermarkets (Lidl, Supersol, Corte Ingles), petrol stations w/ATM machines, convenience stores, Pharmacy 24 hours, banks, Laundry mat, surf shop, cafes, and car rental shops. Marbella has so much to offer, do a trek to the top of "La Concha" mountain (5 hours), visit the surrounding villages, quick drive to Gibraltar, and even Morocco. Tennis, paddle courts (platform tennis) a small soccer field and a large community pool. Childrens playgrounds.
The house: four rooms, and three full bathrooms. Kitchen downstairs is fully equiped leads to back yard with gardin. BBQ, on rooftop, two chimneys and perfect for socking up sunshine or dinner during the envening. Marble interior flooring, AC units and heating inclusive.

Folder and Keys are on the dining table, Send flight itinerary via email with travel number and arrival time and date. Call in advance to different check out times or late check ins. Leave keys and folder in house on dining table where you found them.
A meeting must occur a few days before check in, or second day if you want. Passport and id´s required for security.
