- Second Bedroom with built-in closet, EU double bed (queen US) with super comfy memory foam mattress, four Peter Jones duck feather pillows, hotel quality duvet and cotton rich pressed linens and towels and two side tables. Both bedrooms have double glazed windows and two sets of blinds: wooden and roller blackout blinds.
Living room with 42" TV, expensive Dwell large corner leather sofa, rustic handmade dining table and stools for five and a coffee table.
Large fully equipped kitchen with built-in electric cooker, combo washer/dryer (plus clothes drying rack), microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine with coffee pods plus instant coffee and coffee for French press, selection of teas, sugars, spices and oils for cooking and other essentials for your comfortable stay.
Smart bathroom with shower over bath, sink and neutral decor throughout.
Apartment located on first floor (the floor above ground) and comes with FREE unlimited WiFi.
For little ones we can provide a high chair, portable baby cot (for up to 3 year old child), play mats, toys and books. Please enquire prior to the booking. We provide these for your and your child's convenience free of charge, please respect that clean after use, fold away and put all the toys in the basket provided. Failure to do so will occur an additional charge of £20 to cover housekeeper's time.
Accommodates up to five people (six if two small children, the large sofa can accommodate two kids). Please note, addition charge applies to set the sofa bed or an airbed. For example, if you are three and will require both beds plus a sofa then extra charge will also be added (please make a reservation for 4 in this case)! Please inquire prior to booking for clarification if needed!
Located on Lisson Street close to the shops and restaurants of Baker Street, Edgware Road and fantastic attractions of the surrounding area.
Guests have use of a full apartment including functioning kitchen with all the utensils and equipment required for cooking, eating, drinking, etc for up to 6 people.

We do our best to provide you the same experience in our apartment and always maintain and clean it to the highest of standards, however this is a private residence and not a hotel. You may find personal touches and a personal feel to the apartment; this is intended to provide you with the best "home away from home" experience.
One night bookings and guests without any reviews require hosts approval prior to the booking. Do not instant book to avoid cancellation hassle.
Late Check-Ins after 9pm incurs an additional 70GBP fee payable by guests. This is to address the high transport cost borne by greeter of late check-ins after tube hours.
The hosts or host's representatives will wait for up to 60 minutes for the check-in.
Important: The guests must provide their arrival time and confirm with the host the check-in time no less then 48 hours prior to arrival or 72 hours if arrival is on Saturday or Sunday. Failure to do so may occur additional charges and/or own key pick up.
Please respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum especially in the evenings after 6pm and all day on weekends, and our apartment by not smoking.
Please enjoy the flat but look after it as you would your own! Please return the flat as you found it: wash your dishes, take trash out to the bins outside, return furniture where you've founded it if you moved it.
Please do not use towels for removing your make up. The towels and linens are white and stain easily. You will be charged for stained linens and towels replacement.
The keys are top quality security keys, if you lose the keys then it is your responsibility to cover any costs incurred with getting them re-cut/re-ordered. The same applies if you lock yourself out the apartment, you are responsible for all costs involved with opening the door.
Do not have parties-neighbors will call police! This is not a party place but private property, please respect this. If this rule is not met we have a right to cancel the booking without returning unused nights and deposit. We respect our neighbours and hope you will to.
Need an early check-in and/or late check-out? Please ask, if possible we would be happy to accommodate you. Please note, we do charge a fee of £40 for each of the services, which covers the cost of bringing in a helper to assist with cleaning.
For safety reasons all guests require a copy of their ID provided to host on the check-in.
