The famous St Kilda beach is directly opposite the apartments which makes these funky pads the ideal holiday spot or perfect weekend getaway to explore St Kilda and all that there is on offer. Cafe Racer, one of Melbourne’s best breakfasts is right next door.

The property is close to a Post Office, banks, newsagent, restaurants, cafes, cake shops, bookshops, galleries, hotels etc. Everything is a very short walk away.

This is an ideal place to stay for those attending events such as the Grand Prix, Tennis, The St Kilda Festival, Spring Racing Carnival or one of Melbourne’s many other cultural or sporting events.

You are walking distance to The Palais, The Espy, Fitzroy Street, Luna Park, the St Kilda Pier, St Kilda Marina, the popular St Kilda Sunday market and much, much more.

The City is an easy tram ride away with plenty to see and do along the way.

Whether you want to relax and take a leisurely stroll along the beach or prefer something more adventurous with sailing, fishing, cycling, jogging, snorkeling, swimming, kite surfing… it’s all on your doorstep.

Public transport close by.

There is a free off-street car-park at the rear of the building and free parking permits are available. Please note that free parking permits are only valid in the designated permit parking zones.

Location - This property is right on St Kilda Beach on Marine Parade and is close to everything that this vibrant suburb has to offer.

Trams - Take the 96 or 16 from the city and alight at Luna Park. Walk to the beach (100 metres) and turn left into Marine Parade. The apartment is located in between Luna Park and the St Kilda Marina, next door to Café Racer.

Car -There are many ways to come. From the city take St Kilda Road turn right into Fitzroy Street. Proceed to the end of Fitzroy Street. Turn left into Marine Parade. The apartment is located just after Luna Park on your left (beach on the right).

There are rubbish bins located at the rear of the building. Please use the recycled bins where appropriate.

Keys:
You will be provided with 2 sets of keys on arrival.

Non-smoking:
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. You are welcome to smoke in the outside courtyard.

Front Glass Doors & Windows:
Please keep the front glass doors locked for security reasons when not using the courtyard. Also as we are located on the beach the weather can change quickly. Please consider this when leaving any windows open.

Cancellation & Terms and Conditions:
The 50% deposit is non refundable. Balance on arrival.

The property sleeps up to 6 people. Any additional guests are by prior approval only.
As the property is in a residential area please keep noise to a minimum and always consider others. Strictly no parties without prior approval. No smoking in the apartment.

This place was lovely, very clean and tidy, it had everything we needed for the weekend. Super close to the beach and a very short and easy walk to Acland street for shops. Tim was very helpful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this house for a weekend away.

Very family friendly with amenities within walking distance, beach, supermarket, café with great coffee and Luna Park. VERY family friendly. Our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer.

The location of this apartment cannot be beaten - it was fantastic. Other issues relating to maintenance, access to off street parking, and a single television in apartment and noise issues both from the traffic and the apartment above is a concern.

Great family home, so close to beach, Luna park and plenty of restaurants. A lovely place to stay for a family break, well sized apartment with plenty of amenities.
