HUGE SPACE in an awesome location. With 11 BEDROOMS, 5 BATHROOMS, 3 KITCHENS, 3 LIVING ROOMS, and 3 DECKS, this house can comfortably sleep 30 PEOPLE! Sleeping is all you will be doing in the apartment, because the surrounding neighborhood is so exciting!

The Wrigleyville 11 bedroom / 5 bathroom unit IS AN ENTIRE BUILDING, THREE FLOORS COMBINED, FOR YOUR IDEAL DESTINATION! Over three floors, linked by back stairwell, featuring three deck spaces with views of Wrigley Field! The building features 10 queen beds and 1 king bed, each in their own bedroom; in the common spaces, it additionally offers 1 queen bed, 1 queen futon, 1 full-sized hide-a-bed, 2 great couches and 1 couch best for children

For 30 people, normally you'd need AT LEAST 8 hotel rooms - stay in this ONE HOUSE instead! When you consider what splitting the cost of this entire house THIRTY WAYS comes to, this place is an incredible steal!

This is the perfect place to stay before Cubs and Bears games! Great for groups of runners coming into town for races! Ideal for large extended families all staying together!

Three parking spots are available directly behind the house for purchase via the SpotHero website/app!


While my place is child-friendly, it's not baby-proofed or toddler-proofed (large items like the TV are within grab-range).

Please DISREGARD the standard listed rate - it is probably inaccurate. Please punch in your specific dates - the rate shown is accurate. My daily, weekly, and monthly pricing is VARIABLE and changes every day - it is NOT the same every single day.

I have a four-night minimum over weekends from March to November. Exceptions MAY be made, only if your stay is under two weeks out, or if it fits in a gap of less than four nights. Exceptions are at my discretion - not automatically.

- All of my guests are personally greeted. When you book your stay, I need to know what time you'd like to check-in, so I can schedule someone to greet you. Please commit to arriving at that time. PLEASE let us know if you're late, day-of-arrival, or we will have to reschedule your greeting.
- I need a way to reach you on your day-of-arrival via phone - I need to know if you're delayed. Please confirm your mobile phone number once you confirm your reservation; if you do not have a US number, please download the Whats App phone application so we can stay in touch when you're on the way.
- Be respectful of our neighbors. Children and families live next door.
- No loud noises should be heard from outside.
- Parties are not allowed. Additional guests may not be in the unit without prior approval.
- Smoking is not permitted in the apartment or on the deck. Smoking is only allowed on the concrete parking lot.
- Please let me know if there is any damage to the apartment. We can usually work it out pretty easily.
- Please clean up promptly if you cook or bring food into the apartment.
- Please turn off the air/heat and lights when you leave the apartment.
- Please only let people you know into the building.
- I need a way to reach you on your day-of-arrival via phone - I need to know if you're delayed. Please confirm your mobile phone number once you confirm your reservation; if you do not have a US number, please download the Whats App phone application so we can stay in touch when you're on the way.
- The Golden Rule: Treat the apartment like your own home; the apartment should be maintained close to the same condition as arrival. We clean it ourselves; we appreciate your help making this easier!

COMMERCIAL ACTIVITY:
This property is NOT AVAILABLE for any commercial or student project purposes, including, but not limited to, filming, photography, other advertising, and subletting by the guest. You may not host any commercial event in my places; meetings may be exempt. Please do not ask if you can film video or hold photo shoots at my place; no, you may not. Violators will be asked to leave.


IDENTIFICATION REQUIRED:
Please be aware, the guest checking-in must present photo identification upon arrival for security purposes, which will be photographed to document that we met the correct guest.

Acceptable forms of ID are limited to:
- US driver's license
- US state-issued ID card (not student ID)
- US military ID
- Passport

No other form of ID will be accepted.
If guest cannot verify identity with aforementioned ID at time of arrival, guest will not be allowed to proceed to unit. Only the guest who booked the reservation may check-in, unless arranged ahead of time, via airbnb message.
We apologize for the inconvenience, however we feel this is necessary for security and safety purposes.

Steven's place was fantastic and just as advertised! It is so close to the L, night life, and restaurants. I'd recommend to anyone!

We had 9 travelers, all in separate rooms, and had plenty of room! We enjoyed having our own bathrooms and bedrooms. It was nice to have different floors as well. The space was clean and had everything we needed. I recommend the neighborhood as well. Thanks for the great stay!

House was as expected. A bit worn, but had everything necessary to accomodate a large group. We rented all 3 apartments in the building. Water pressure was very low on levels 2 and 3. The location was fantastic. 1/2 block from Wrigley and N. Clark St. We walked every night to dinner and enjoyed the local bar scene.

Steven was a wonderful host. He accommodated our schedule to allow for my daughter to gain access to the house early and was there again to greet us when we arrived. He was full of information about the area and gave us great recommendations. He also was a wonderful host as when we had a small issue with hot water he jumped on it right away. He also ordered my son a basketball to shoot around in the neighborhood and wine glasses for the adults. Overall Steven provided a great experience and I would highly recommend any property he manages.

Steven was great. In advance he was very responsive and helpful. Everything was exactly as expected. I really appreciated the extra touch of the book with all the helpful reference information like wifi password, local restaurants etc. Place was exactly as described. If you want to go to a Cubs game and enjoy Wrigleyville the location couldn't be any better.
