Dear Laura, thanks for your review. I want to be clear about a few points:
-the presence of a climb to reach the apartment is clearly mentioned in the announcement of the apartment, and before accepting any booking request I send an explicit message in which I reiterate the presence of this ascent and ask again if it can be a Problem because I want to be very clear and guarantee a stay without unpleasant surprises.
- no change of sheets or towels was required, which is, however, regularly carried out after the 7 days of stay in the apartment;
-In the announcement is also indicated the presence of a conditioner that produces both hot and cold, there is no mention of any central heating; there is also a flat-screen manual in the apartment, despite its very intuitive use.
-about the humidity problem, I think you were deceived by the presence on the wall of a painted white portion in the bedroom: that was simply a wall portion where a hole was drilled to pass a cable and is simply in Waiting to be painted again; Nobody ever mentioned this smell of damp in the apartment, also because the apartment is almost completely off the ground, except probably a portion of the wall which however does not match the compensation in the wall.
- about the thin walls you talk about, I think there was a misunderstanding since the thickness corresponds to what is needed for a floor or perimeter walls: we are two architects so I assure you that everything is done in the standard ; I add that one of the things that all my guests say and write concerns the quietness and silence of my apartment, different from what you can find in the center; I do not rent other apartments, as I said already by answering the specific question you did to me as soon as you arrived.
- an explanation about all of the "problems" that you have listed: the only message I received said "Hi Gaia, I sent you a sms today, did you see it?" To which I replied that I had not received message and if there was any problem sending the message again. I never received a response.
I really care about my guests feel better and having traveled a lot can say that I do not receive the same treatment when I am being the guest. Often I reached an apartment with not a few problems and on my arrival I found a code to type and not a person who would welcome me. Often I arrived late in the evening and I had to pay a late check in fee. I ALWAYS warrant to my clients my presence or someone if I should be at work.
Luckily the reviews are clear and I'm happy that my guests have a good memory of me.
