A little over a two years ago we started sharing our apartment and our knowledge of London to visitors from all over the world. Its been a wonderful experience and we have enjoyed meeting and hosting people!
We have a deep fondness for London and enjoy exchanging tips and insights with people from everywhere. We are also very interested to learn about other places and other lives from our guests.
We have compiled a useful information pack and set of books on London and are more than happy to help with any guidance for specific events, travel arrangements or alike.
We are a married couple who work together. We run a small publishing company and organise events that explore what it means to live in 21C cities. We have a young child whose is the love and light of our lives!
Entirely up to the guest - everyone is different, with different schedules and different experiences of travelling and previous experiences of visiting London. We respond to our guests needs and interests.
Like everyone we enjoy a good chat with our guests but also totally understand and admire those that have a thirst for life and want to make the most of every minute whilst in London and don't have time for chatting!

*OUR 100th 5 STAR REVIEW*:
"We had a wonderful stay at Deepa and Trenton's apartment. The location was excellent, walking distance to everything. They were such friendly and welcoming hosts too, they really made us feel at home and offered great advice for sightseeing and transportation. I would highly recommend, and would stay again if ever we are back in London!"
*OUR 50th 5 STAR REVIEW*:
"Stayed in this beautiful flat for three days and everything went so well I couldn't believe it. The place is very clean, the bed is comfortable and the bathroom is very clean too. The flat is close to buses and Whitechapel/Aldgate East subway station that brings you everywhere. Amazing! Go there."
•Our apartment is in an 'old' building (built in the 1930's) and one of the last buildings in the area not to be gentrified. The flat itself is an oasis - calm, quiet, thoughtfully laid out and decorated. It is very clean and organised and we enjoy keeping it this way however from the outside the building does look a little rundown!
•We think you will find it our apartment relaxing, warm and welcoming place to stay. You will see how much care and thought we have given to it to make sure it is a relaxing place to come home to.

Hello! Our names are Deepa and Trenton. Welcome to this amazing part of London and welcome to our warm, cozy and loving home!
We have lived in London since 2001. We remember both the excitement and difficulties of being new arrivals in London and hope we can share our insights and many shortcuts! We work together, in publishing - writing and also publishing books. We organise events, which bring people together to interrogate understandings of cities, of our contemporary urban lives. The focus of our work is trying to understand the causes of urbanisation. The focus of our lives is spending as much time as possible with our little one and each other.
We have lived in this apartment for over a decade. We have a great affection for our building, this area and this city. We thoroughly enjoy sharing our home with people from the four corners of the world. Having lived and worked in the East End for over 15 years we know much about its official and unofficial histories, how it is being changed, along with where the great spots are to eat, visit and just enjoy. Our specialism might be the East End but we know just about every street in London and all the main tourist spots.
It’s a joy for us to share our knowledge and insights of London with our guests. We also very much enjoy learning about of guests lives and the places they are from.
