Three miles from Custer and three miles from Custer State Park. .6 miles of gravel. Quiet and very clean. A garage, large lawn and 5 acres. Private. Fire pit for night time relaxation. Let the kids run and play and then go see the sights. Vacationers are responsible to get their own wood. Lawn chairs are available. The house has modern furnishings and full kitchen. There is not a dishwasher, but there is a washer, dryer combination. There are two seperate Tv viewing areas if desired.
Country living within three miles from town. Close to Mt Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Custer State Park, Rushmore cave, Jewel cave and Wind Cave. Centrally located next to Keystone, Hill City and Hot Springs. In the heart of the Black Hills. Custer has some very good restaurants. The Bakery and Susans Place has great Breakfast. The Bakery has a great Green Chille Buffalol Burger. Sage Creek Grille has fine dining but also a menu for children. It has the best food in the Hills. Black Hills Burger and Bun was rated number one in the nation by ABC. The Buglin Bull is a great sports bar with a fun atmosphere and casual dining. It has great space on the top deck bar. Pizza Works has great, hand tossed pizza and beer.

I'm available if they need me most of the time in person and always on my phone. This house is all for rent and the acreage around it. There is no interaction with the renters by the owners unless something is needed.
