My family owns a 4 star guesthouse which wins the Trip Advisor Excellence Award every year, so this is the level of experience you will have at a fraction of the cost.

Luxurious finishes throughout.
Situated on the ground floor next to a garage with a door connecting the two spaces. Just drive in the electric garage and walk straight into the apartment.
It doesn't get better than this space. It is like a private luxury hotel suite.

Pool and BBQ/Braai facilities.

I am able to help out with whatever guests may need, things like:
-What to do in the area and Cape Town and surrounds
-Which restaurants to visit
-What are the best ways of getting around

Many world class restaurants very close by.
Close to public transportation.
Close to shops/malls.
Located opposite St. James Church on Third Avenue in Kenilworth

Yes, train and taxis are very near by.
Uber is also very affordable and easy as everything is so close. I find this the best option if I am not driving.

The flat is very similar to a hotel suite. Everything is brand new and has the best finishes throughout. You will not find a better and more convenient place to stay.

My stay at Jason's was great. It was very reasonable and comfortable and therefore great value. He went out of his way for an early check-in - something I appreciate. The place was exactly what I needed-simple, tidy and reasonably comfortable. The space was a good size for two people and appeared to cater enough to stay in (although I didn't need to test such). The garage was a nice-to-have. The neighborhood appeared to be safe and quiet which is a plus. My short meet with Jason was courteous and welcoming-another Very happy to recommend!

We had a great stay at Jason,s apartment. The apartment was ,clean, comfortable and in a great neighbourhood and very secure. Jason was a great host who responded promptly any questions we had. We would definitely recommend Jason,s apartment to anyone looking for great accomodation.

We stayed in Cape Town for 3 weeks and Jason's place was perfect for us. It was clean and exactly as described. There are plenty of brilliant restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. Short drive to the centre of Cape Town, and an even shorter drive to the many fantastic wineries in the Constantia region.

Jason's place is conveniently located close to cool restaurants, bars, and shopping areas. The attached garage was a HUGE benefit! It made coming and going, and well as loading and unloading super easy! He was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. Would book again!

We stayed for one week at Jason's apartment. It was clean and you have all what you need. Our navigation broke but Jason helped us to find his place. Also he always helps whatever you ask him. Thanks for being patience :)

Great Place! Perfect for Solo or a Couple, Clean, Modern and efficient. Good Restaurants within walking distance. Secure Garage was a plus. Jason was easily accessible and check in/out was a breeze. Highly Recommend.

Jason's apartment was spotless with modern finishings. Jason was easily accessible and my requests were met in a timely fashion. Was very pleased with the apartment and would not hesitate staying there again.
