I honestly have minimal interaction with guest during their stay. My goal is to provide everything that you will need so that you will not have to contact me. However, please say hi if you see me during your stay. I am very approachable :)

First and foremost, thanks for choosing my place on AirBnB. As you know, AirBnB is a home sharing site and not a traditional Hotel Business. I am sharing my home with you to help with paying my expensive mortgage. My goal is that our experience will be mutually beneficial. The standard that I apply to my rental is my personal expectation for the rentals that I myself rent on AirBnB.
I suspect that you chose my place mainly because of the price and location (which I believe is a real bargain). To keep the rates low, I expect that guests be understanding and perform their part in the upkeep of the room.
•Please be aware that some linens and sheets may have stains on them. It is simply too costly to have to dispose of linens and towels every time there is a stain on them. I opted to have white linens and towels so that it will be easy to identify clean and dirty items. If you suspect that an item is not clean, please place the item in the washer. There are more than enough towels and linens available for you to choose from; Also, a washer and dryer is available if you want to make sure that the set you are using is clean.
•The room is primarily cleaned by guests. I perform a general cleaning twice a month and a quick inspection after each checkout if I am in town. It is reasonable to expect that the room will be free of major clutter, dirt, or trash when you check in. However, I can’t guarantee that the room will be spotless.
•My goal is for you to have a smooth stay. However, please contact me and document your complaint if there is any issue with the room.
Please apply common sense and common courtesy. The room is intended for 2 people and the backyard is only intended for guest. The room has no cleaning fee. I expect guests to clean the room and follow the checkout procedures before leaving.
oAny complaints on the room must have a picture taken and sent via text or e-mail ASAP or within 24 hours at the very least to me (this is by AirBnB policy -- www.airbnb.com/help/article/324.) .
oTake 4 pictures of the room then send it to me (I will provide you a welcome packet with detailed information of the pictures and my information) as soon as you check-in and right before you check-out. Focus on the clock on each picture so I can I have a date/time stamp. If you don't send a check-in picture, I will not be able to verify if you have any complaints on the room. If you don't send out a check-out picture, you may not have proof against any claim I make after your stay. This will help me ensure that room is maintained by guests and to have proof when there is an issue.
oPictures will be used as basis if the next guest identifies an issue with the room.
oHave at least 6 clean towel sets and 3 Bed Sheets clean and folded in the room when you check-out
oYour last set of bed and towel sheet should be loaded prior to check out.
oTurn off the lights, AC, and other appliances when you leave the room.
oEnsure that bathroom window and room window are closed if you are using the AC
oDo not take any room supplies with you when you leave and only use what you need.
oStreet parking is available. However, it does get harder to find a spot after work hours and late at night. The driveway is reserved for my vehicle. If available, you can use the driveway for loading and unloading (max of 10 mins)

oThe door should unlock once you entered your code.
To lock the Door:
oEnsure that the door is firmly closed
oYou should see/hear the door lock.
