Updated condo at the heart of the Hotel Zone; ten minute walk to the best beach in Cancun. Located on quiet street off hotel zone´s main blvd. Only a couple of blocks away from Punta Cancun, where there´s nightlife, dining and shopping.
Condo has fully-equipped kitchen, dining area for six people, living area with smart TV. Each bedroom and bathroom is provided with linens, as well as WiFi at no additional cost. Beach towels, drinking water and safe are also included.

RENTAL RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. Check-in time is after 3 p.m. (local Cancun time) and, check-out time is 12:00 noon.
2. This is a non-smoking unit.
3. Pets are not permitted in rental units under any conditions.
4. We will not rent to minors, unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.
5. Reservation Deposit – a deposit of $300 is required to ensure the following provisions are met;
a. No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
b. No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay.
c. All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
d. No linens or articles are lost or damaged.
e. The unit is not left excessively soiled upon check-out.
f. The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner), the local law enforcement.
6. Payment – please refer to Airbnb payment policy.
7. Cancellations – A 30 day minimum notice is required for cancellations.( 60 days for High Season).
8. Maximum Occupancy- The maximum number of guests per condominium is limited to eight (8) persons.
THIS PROPERTY REQUIRES A THREE (3) NIGHT MINIMUM STAY.
9. Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods. If a rental is taken for less than three days, the guest will be charged the three-night stay.
10. Inclusive Fees- Amenity fees are included in the rental rate. Rates include a one-time towel and linen set –up, additional towels are available at an additional fee or by contracting maid service.
11. No Daily Maid Service – daily maid service is not included in the rental rate, however is available at an additional rate (currently $40 USD). Please note a departure cleaning is required for all reservations, unless otherwise noted.
11. Please note property is on third floor and accessible by stairs.
12. Falsified Reservations - Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment and /or deposit and the party will not be permitted to check-in.
13. Written Exceptions – any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.
14. All condos are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The (condo) owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others they invite to use the premises.

Laura's condo was a bit small (for six people) but very clean and cozy. Was great to have a washer, dryer and a safe box. Laura was an excellent host and always promptly in responding to any concerns we had during our stay. Before arriving at the condo, Laura was nice to provide us with a guideline of points of interest along with places to eat. We loved this eating place recommended by Laura within walking distance from the condo called "Los de Pescado", it's a must. If given the opportunity, We would definitely come back.

Laura's place was pretty great! Close enough to the strip without feeling super touristy. Views from the balcony were great. And Laura by far has been one of the most responsive and most helpful hosts I've stayed with.

Las fotos son muy engañosas es un condominio feo y nunca llego nadie de servicio a limpiar. Lo unico bueno es la ubicación

The agreement clearly states there is no daily maid service, this is not an excuse the leave the condo excessively soiled and in a state of disarray. Curiously enough, this review from the guest came when compensation for damages were requested from him. El reglamento y acuerdo de arrendamiento claramente indica que el condominio no incluye limpieza diaria. Curiosamente, este comentario del huésped fue hecho justamente después que se le solicitó compensación por daños que ocasionaron al condominio.

Everything was so close and definitely love the place. Even playa las tortugas was like 10 mins walking. Definitely loved staying there!

Es un excelente lugar, muy bonito y cómodo, caben sin problema 7 personas, esta a pocos metros del blvd donde se toman los camiones y taxis para la zona hotelera y de antros, es muy facil moverse a cualquier cosa que necesites, tiene muy bonita vista a la laguna, Laura es muy atenta y da lo que ofrece. claro que volvería

Laura's place is great. It is really well located far enough from the nightlife that you don't get all the noise but close enough that you can walk to the Hotel Zone if that is what you are looking for. The apartment is great and well furnished, the AC in the living room and in the rooms was great (the one in the master bedroom doesn't really cool, but there was a fan and it was fine). The front desk is super helpful and overall it was a great experience.
