This majestic Spring Hill landmark art deco building was built in 1930s and
is located on prestigious Gregory Terrace. The views from Carrington Manor
overlook parklands to the front and the city skyline views from the decks are
spectacular.

The 3 apartments occupy a whole floor each and are very spacious and have been fully renovated. The views are fabulous and the high position allows full enjoyment of breezes from every direction on all levels. Rent 1, 2 or all 3 units.

As little or as much as you would like. Some guests we meet several times, some we only have contact via internet or phone.

This is a superb location. Walking distance to the vibrant Fortitude Valley precinct and 2kms from Queen St Mall. The RNA show grounds and the Royal Brisbane Hospital are a 5 min walk away.

Spring Hill is the more affluent suburb of inner Brisbane city, home to mostly professional families.
The suburb is quiet, safe and well established with character homes and significant buildings.
The Centenary pool complex is a short walk through the park opposite and is available for public use.


Carrington Manor enjoys a walk score of 93/100. Considers a walker's paradise so daily errands will not require a car and transport score of 98/100 - 8 min walk to trains and bus stop 200m.

PRICING INFORMATION & CONDITIONS

$30 per night for extra people >4 per apartment
$22 per person for linen (optional)
$50 baby set - high chair, child gates, cots (when available)
$250 exit clean per apartment
****NB AirBNB only allows for $389 exit clean fee. To clean the whole building is $750. This will need to be paid direct to us please.
$30 per hour extra cleaning (may apply for outdoor area if not left well)
$100+ extra rubbish removal
10% GST applies

SHORT BOOKINGS CONDITIONS
Bookings of less than 7 nights are accepted as follows...
- if your dates adjoin another booking
- if booking is last minute
- Min fee for midweek is $900 per apartment
- Min fee up to $1200 if your dates cover weekend nights. (Fri / Sat / Sun)

NB For holiday, long weekends and special events surcharge may apply.

Whilst every effort will be made to allocate you your first choice apartment it cannot always be guaranteed as it depends on how the booking dates fit together leading up to your reservation. If you have a preference please let us know.

NB. Payments made for Carrington Manor are not refundable if you cancel and booking is not filled.

Great location, newly renovated Appartment!

Our stay at Carrington was wonderful. Being just outside the CBD made the the location excellent. It is close to major highways heading to either the Gold Coast or Sunshine Coast. It was in a very nice part of Brisbane with a large park directly opposite.The apartment was as we expected. It was very modern inside and exceptionally clean. Having four large bedrooms (and another room that could be used as a bedroom) and two bathrooms was a bonus. The appliances and furnishings were very modern with an airconditioner in every room. It was excellent value for money. Finding the apartment and gaining access was made very easy by the hosts. I know that I will be staying at Carrington whenever I return to Brisbane. Outstanding.

We have been providing accommodation for over 20 years as rental homes, then student accommodation and now the most satisfying of all, is that we have converted all our investment homes to holiday rentals.
With holiday rentals we find the properties are very well looked after, our guests are 99.9% great to deal with. When we travel, our preferred accom option is to stay with owners like ourselves around Australia and the world.
All our homes are within a 10minute drive of where we live, so any services needed can be delivered quickly.
We are a passionate dachshund family, with 2 young adult children at home and 6 chooks, (chickens for our overseas readers). ... probably should have put the kids before the dogs???
