Bags of character but very homely and comfortable at the same time. We spent 2014 renovating it to what we think is a high standard. We hope you do too.

Milton Abbey (beautiful setting for the BBC's 'To Serve them all my Days) is just 1 and 1/4 mile walk away in the same valley. The Jurassic coast is less than 20 miles away. A wonderful base to explore Dorset - or to sit, relax and do nothing
Please leave the cottage as you would wish to find it.

Smoking is not permitted inside - thank you.
I am married to Christine and have three fantastic sons (12, 14 and 16). I am a keen runner and can often be seen running on the trails in the area with our idiot dog Dexter (pictured).
I spent most of 2014 lovingly renovating Rambler's so I really hope you'll love it too!
We have lived in the village for 15 years now and love it to pieces. We know the area pretty well and live a few minutes walk away if you need any help or advice.
Please get in touch if you have any queries.
