For a truly comfortable Los Angeles experience, stay in this never-lived-in 2BR/2BA luxury apartment with full amenities. The living room is bright and spacious with plenty of seating, and a TV with Netflix and Pandora. Outside the living room is a private balcony with seating, a perfect spot for a cup of coffee brewed in one of the two French presses in the kitchen. The kitchen also has a refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven, microwave, cooking tools, dishware, and a dining table for 4 – everything you need to feel right at home. Our guests also have access to the gym, rooftop (with BBQ and great views), outdoor relaxation pods, free washer & dryer in-unit, and more.

This apartment’s central location puts you in a convenient spot to visit Santa Monica, Westwood, and Venice, just a 5-10 minute drive or Uber away. You’ll be just off of Pico Blvd, which has plenty of restaurants, bars, lounges, and coffee shops within easy walking distance (there’s a Trader Joe’s just down the street too). There are also several bus stations in the area for lines that can take you into Downtown LA.

Great experience in a wonderful apartment. Location was helpful for the work that I was doing and easy to get in and out with Uber. Very clean and comfy.

We had a wonderful experience at Evan's apartment. The apartment was spacious and extremely well equipped. The building had a beautiful roof garden with BBQs and patio furniture and the apartment had its own balcony with table and chairs so we could enjoy the beautiful California weather. Evan was very responsive when we had any questions. It is a great apartment if you are in LA for work as the Internet is fast and accessibility to the freeway makes meetings in west LA, Santa Monica or Culver City easy to get to. We will definitely stay here again.

If you are looking for a nice place in Santa Monica that is close to the freeway, but also within walking distance to amenities, then this is you place. The 2 bed 2 bath has plenty of room, a full kitchen, and excellent decor. There is a private gym and a very excellent rooftop patio available. The 10 & 405 freeway entrances are only a few blocks away, and the traffic is no too bad on the side streets. There are plenty of amenities within walking distance, too. The host is always accessible for questions, and checck in was pain free. This is a perfect place to stay at for business or vacation trips to the Westside of LA. I would definitely stay there again.

My family and I had a great experience at Evan's place. It was modern, clean, and perfect for our needs. Plus, the unit has a number of outdoor spaces where you can host and enjoy the LA weather. Plus, Evan was super responsive in helping us coordinate our visit. Would definitely stay there again.
