Beautiful spacious bedroom in a private home in Manhattan on a residential and school street located directly next to Metro North stop (10 min away from Grand Central Station).
My place is great for couples, families, and groups of friends visiting the city. It also suits people here on business trips as it is equipped with blazing fast wifi. If you're here for a festival, Randall's Island is 10 min away! I hope I can make your trip to the city both a comfortable and an affordable one!
The room is very clean and spacious with a queen size bed, in a residential family owned building. It is fully equipped with an entertainment system, air conditioning, and high-speed internet. The smart t.v. also rotates so that you can watch it from the bed or from the couch. We also created a small reading nook as well as an office table for those that have work to do.
There is a futon that converts into a full-size bed in order to accommodate more guests. It features high ceilings, hardwood floors throughout, and modern appliances. Large closet available, equipped with a lock box for any valuables you want to store. There will be extra linens and towels in the closet. The bathroom is newly renovated with full-size bath and shower. Cable HD TV, WiFi, Air Conditioner, and Security Buzzer in Building.
Please contact me for any other questions.
You'll have access to everything except my room, which will be locked and clearly indicated.
Fully equipped kitchen (pots and pans, utensils and cutlery ware, basic condiments). Ask me for anything you want out of the fridge. For those guests that are amazing cooks, there is a Whole Foods located on 125th St and Malcolm X Boulevard (5 blocks away) for all the groceries that you need.
For the bathroom, I'll have fresh, clean towels for your use and other basic toiletries. You might want to bring your own toothbrush!
The bedroom has a large closet for you to store any clothes as well as space to store your suitcases. It has a Roku TV that allows you to Netflix and chill if you'd like. There's a small office area in case you need to crank out any work while you're on vacation. Printer/Scanner/Copier with paper available for your convenience while I'm around.

I work nearby so I can always come by if there are any problems and I am available via text 24/7. I also work in the common area sometimes during the daytime on weekdays.
I love meeting new people, sharing experiences, as well as showing off some of Harlem's best restaurants. Harlem gets a bad reputation, but it has so much to offer. Sometimes I'll be too busy with work, but I will do my best to find time to hang out with you in the area for a drink if you stay more than a night or two.
Altre cose da evidenziare
Please do not lose the key to the building. Replacing it is expensive! I'll have to charge $30 for each missing key.
On days when there will be a guest checking in after you, I ask the guest that is leaving to do check out by 10 am so the house cleaner has adequate time to thoroughly clean for the next guest. I also ask the next guest to check in no earlier than 2 pm.
On days when there is no overlap of guests, we are completely flexible about check-in or check-out times.
Please respect the furniture and building.
Lost keys are expensive, they will cost $30 each to be replaced.
Moved to New York in 2011 from Boston. I've been working in NYC as a real estate professional. I love to travel, I've stayed in Italy, France, China, Japan, UK, South Africa, and Spain! I want to make sure I give my guests as great of an experience as my hosts gave me.
I love living in New York City and hope to share that experience with all the guests that travel from all over the world to see the Big Apple. I feel lucky to be able to meet so many people of different cultures and ethnicities using Airbnb. Only through meeting different people will we all achieve a greater understanding of each other.
