La Corte di Lu è una splendida casa di campagna, circondata dalle colline e dai boschi di Asti. Abbiamo ristrutturato la casa rispettandone le caratteristiche originali, e ora è pronta ad accogliere famiglie e gruppi di amici. La casa è abbastanza grande da consentire a tutti di avere il proprio spazio e dispone di grandi aree di ritrovo. Si trova in una posizione strategica, con negozi e attrazioni facilmente raggiungibili, e le città di Asti, Rocca d'Arazzo, Agliano e Canelli distano solo pochi chilometri.

The wrought iron gate welcomes you to the large garden and to the hillock that’s part of the property.
In keeping with Piedmont tradition, the entrance opens onto the main staircase. The living room is on the left-hand side and comes with sofas, a fireplace and a small desk. A bathroom with shower can be accessed from this room.
On the right-hand side of the staircase there is the large kitchen, fully-equipped with everything 6 guests might need, even for long stays. It opens onto the dining room, where guests can gather around the long table to have meals together. This room leads to the conservatory, a lovely spot where to relax with a cup of tea and a good book and enjoy a view of the garden, which the verandah opens onto.
The bedrooms can be found upstairs. There are two double bedrooms (one with a private terrace) and a single bedroom, connected to one of the doubles.
A second single bed can be added to the single bedroom if needed.
Also on this floor, a large bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower.
All bedrooms are spacious and are furnished with splendid antiques that take you back in time.
We decorated this house with love and respect for its past, trying to maintain a balance between tradition and comfort. We employed materials such as lime, terracotta tiles and wood, to make it warm and cozy.

Il cancello in ferro battuto vi accoglie nell’ampio giardino e sulla collinetta di proprietà della casa.
Come nelle tipiche case piemontesi, la porta d’ingresso si apre sulla scala principale. Alla sinistra troviamo la sala con le poltrone, il camino e un piccolo scrittoio.
Dalla sala si accede al primo bagno che serve il piano terra completo di doccia.
Dalla parte destra della scala si accede all’ampia cucina con tutto il necessario per 6 ospiti anche per lunghi soggiorni.
Dalla cucina si passa alla seconda sala con un grande tavolo dove poter mangiare tutti insieme e avere accesso diretto alla tettoia veranda coperta e al giardino.
Uno spazio arioso dover poter godere della pace del luogo, leggere un buon libro o sorseggiare una tazza di the.
Al piano sopra troviamo tre stanze, due matrimoniali, di cui una con terrazzino privato, e una singola collegata con una delle matrimoniali..
Volendo, nella stanza con letto singolo è possibile aggiungere anche un secondo letto sempre singolo.
Il primo piano è servito da un grande bagno sia con vasca che con doccia.
Tutte le camere da letto sono molto spaziose arredate con mobili restaurati che fanno vivere il sapore di un tempo passato.
Abbiamo creato questa casa con amore e rispetto cercando di mantenere un giusto equilibrio tra tradizione e comodità. Abbiamo usato principalmente materiali vivi come calce, piastrelle in cotto e legno, che la rendono calda e accogliente.

La Corte di Lu is a detached house surrounded by woods, just a few kilometers from the town of Rocca d'Arazzo, in the Monferrato region.
The entire garden is fenced and accessed through a wrought iron gate. There’s a private parking spot just outside the garden where guests can leave their vehicles (2-3 depending on size).

“La Corte di Lu” è una casa indipendente a pochi km dal centro di Rocca d’Arazzo, circondata dai boschi nel Monferrato.
Si accede al cortile con un cancello in ferro battuto e tutto il giardino è rigorosamente recintato.
All’interno non vi è posto auto ma fuori dalla proprietà è possibile parcheggiare due/tre macchine il parcheggio è di proprietà.
