Straddling the Lac à la Truite and the Lac Noir (private quay) the Chalet Noos Nature cottage will charm you as it charmed us with its view overlooking the lake and a private dock near many activities to enjoy four seasons in the Laurentians.
The cottage provides in the summer: pedalo, kayaks, board, BBQ, hammock chair.
Small but cozy, the chalet is well maintained. It has a large balcony overlooking the lake, with a large picnic table for dinner and supper during warm seasons. A hammock chair hangs, waiting for an occupant to relax and read.
In winter, the wood-burning stove keeps the building very warm, sometimes even too much. :)
The chalet is fully equipped. Full kitchen, coffee pot, oven, microwave, toaster, fridge, many utensils and knifes (sharp!), crockpot, chinese and chocolate fondue, spinner, salt, pepper, sugar, flour, spices, mustard, ketchup, bottled water, tumble dryer, speakers, Blue-ray / DVD player, multiple DVDs, XBox 360.
Internet available at extra cost, upon request, but we advise you against it because it is very expensive. We offer a basic internet service via cellular network, but we strongly recommend that you add blocks of data to your own phone and use it instead. For the same price or probably cheaper, you have the internet everywhere you go instead of having the internet exclusively at the cottage. We resell the service at the same price as we pay for it. And as we are in nature, the mobile service varies according to the weather; Rain and snow often cut the signal. Do not forget, the cottage is in nature, far from the major urban centers! But generally, it works for writing, surfing the web and streaming music.
There is no cable TV. There is however a screen, speakers, a Blue-ray / DVD player and an Xbox 360 to entertain the guests. Not having to subscribe to telecommunication services, this allows us to rent the chalet cheaper.
The bathroom is clean and well sanitized; it has a shower.
NO PARTIES: We and neighbors do not tolerate parties. Moreover, there is only parking for two cars, and it is strictly forbidden to park in the street; It would be too dangerous and police monitored that closely. We are looking for honest and responsible guests.
NO SMOKING INSIDE
The cottage is on the waterside of a beautiful little lake and has its own private dock. The water is so clear that it is drinkable (tested by the governmental authorities). Adirondack chairs and umbrellas allow you to enjoy the picturesque view.
SUMMER : You have access to the propane BBQ, pedal boat, 3 canoes and the surf board. A real amusement park for small and big kids!
WINTER: Snowshoes available, two pairs for children, two pairs for adults.
ALL SEASONS: Kilometers of beautiful little trails in the woods, free and accessible, only a 5 minutes walk from the cottage. In winter, hit the trails with snowshoes! Walk along the small streams.

Remaining in Montreal, I could move in the event of an emergency (take 1h30). Obviously, I am available by phone to troubleshoot in the event of a problem.
Altre cose da evidenziare
The chalet can accommodate 6 people: 6 adults for a weekend, 4 adults maximum and 2 children for the week. The limit is imposed by the black water treatment system.
Check-in: 16:00 - Check-out: 11:00
Floatation jackets: 2 for children 6-10 years, 2 for 10-16 years or small adults, 2 for adults.
