It's a 2 Bed 2 Bath, but I store personal stuff in the guest room (it's shy of 1200Sq/Ft w/o it). Very spacious, warm, comfy & bright place. Big master w/walking closet. Ample dining, living & rec rooms. Hardwood floors, tiled kitchen. 1 car spot.

L'alloggio

Really it's a 2 Bedrooms 2 Bathrooms, but I used the guest room as storage for my personal belongings. It's shy of 1200Sq/Ft without the guest room. It has a very comfy Futon Bed in the recreation area that people use as a bedroom.
It is a very bright, spacious and warm place. It has a great living room, a den/recreation area, a bright and spacious kitchen, ample master bedroom, it has the feel of a house not an apt., easy access to anywhere you want to go.

Accesso ospiti

You have access to my two bicycle and two surfboards that I left for you (you break it you pay for it). I include for you a one car parking space literally 10 feet away from the door.
There's one bedroom that is off limits, the one with a lock, which is the guest room I am storing all my personal belongings.

I simply l(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN)e my place and I hope you will love it too.
It's very simple yet comfortable, includes internet, phone line and cable and my lovely plants which I beg you to take care of them as well. The couches in the living room are lazyboy type, there are tools that are all inventoried, so please use them if needed but do not take them away.

This is definitely a great place to stay when you visit Los-Angeles area. It is spacious, quiet, safe and in a convenient location with respect to major land marks and attractions. This is our second time staying here and we enjoyed our stay here every time.

We were very happy with our stay. Danny's apartment is comfortable and clean. The neighborhood is walkable with access to a couple of coffee shops and breakfast spots, the dedicated parking spot was super convenient, and the location provides easy access to neighborhoods in the valley and nearby highway access to other areas.

Nice area, restaurants nearby, easy communication with Danny and his girlfriend Kandi! We were really only there to sleep but it was spacious!

The house was reasonably clean & the bed was comfortable. The kitchenware was sparse, which would be fine for a couple, but made preparing/eating meals for our family a bit inconvenient. There was also no toilet paper, but someone ran some by the following morning. Having a designated covered parking space was great. Overall, clean but nothing special. Price reflects great location (close to Hollywood, and within walking distance of restaurants/grocery) more than amenities.

Danny's place is great, excellent neighbourhood, very clean and spacious. Kandi was extremely helpful while checkin in the place was not happy with the check out maybe communication gap . Overall i am glad and will stay here again. Thanks danny and kandi .

Five stars! Danny is an excellent professional host! He made us feel welcome from the very start. He responds every time in a lightning quick manner, he is clear and warm, we felt hospitality in every communication! Danny's listing precisely describes his place. The place definitely exceeded our expectations in the best way possible: Spacious, Warm, Comfy and Very Bright - this was absolutely true! The neighborhood is quiet, bright and friendly! Excellent for taking walks. If you have a visitor, it is way easier to find parking here than anywhere else in LA. Proximity to major grocery stores, fast food places and restaurants, studious and attractions, easy access to major freeways and streets to beat the frequent traffic jams makes this place super convenient. There is one parking place on premises super close to the apartment entrance. We could not have picked a better place to have a great vacation!

Danny's place was perfect for what we needed. His place has a wonderful energy--there is just a sense of "Welcome" and "Enjoy your stay." The location is very convenient to everything you need, and the neighbors are friendly! We felt right at home. :) Thank you, Danny, and a big shout out to Kandi, too!
