A beaut cafe and a convenience store is only 100 m away or less. Also a laundromat. The unit is quite close to the GC highway and some traffic noise may affect light sleepers. See map. There is wifi at the cafe. It works at the unit as well!

The premises are let to you for holiday or travel purposes during the period stated on your registration . Consideration for our neighbours is of major importance at all times .

The number of occupants must not exceed 4 persons or the number of persons shown on your registration without informing management. Parties or gatherings over 4 persons are not permitted.

A security company manages terms and conditions re this. A call out for security or owners incurs a $120 fee. Security is in place for the benefit of the tenant, the lessor and the neighbours. Security call outs may result in termination of letting.

The unit will be available from 2pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure unless otherwise arranged. A late penalty fee may be charged.

The premises are to be kept clean and tidy at all times and left in a clean and tidy condition. Failure to do so will incur an extra cleaning charge.

Credit Card details with airbnb are held for security bond .

Keys can be collected from a coded safebox at entry to property. Lost keys incur a $40 charge as does a call out for misplaced keys.

No pets on the property without prior written arrangement and approval.

The tenant will pay for any damage to property or furnishings.

No tenant or guest shall partake in behaviour that is a nuisance to adjoining neighbours. No noise must be heard from outdoor areas after 10pm each evening.

Security deposits will be not be transacted providing no damage, security call outs , extensive cleaning or excess garbage removal is required.

Any breach of the above holiday letting terms can result in the owner immediately terminating the letting.

Peter was a fantastic host and the unit was really great. We had everything we needed and Peter was just a phone call away. A stone's throw to Tele creek and a walk to the beach, we enjoyed ourselves. The unit was on the main road but with the door closed, it was quiet inside the house. Aircon is lovely and cooled us down in the heat, fans in the other rooms to circulate the air. Plenty of kitchen utensils, cooking appliances, and great fridge. Nice linen - note that the king bed in the main room is two singles pushed together. Lovely pool for a good swim. Overall a great stay. Best coffee shop in town just steps away.

Lovely cosy apartment in great location. Had everything we needed and was just a short stroll to the creek. Apartment was neat and tidy, there was somethinf eating any fruit/bread left out but none of us could find any other trace of what. Was easy enough to keep all food in the fridge/ sealed away. Owner was friendly and helpful when required, would stay here again :)

Thanks Cass. I check for this and checked again . I have no idea what caused, there is no holes or entry points anywhere in the renovated unit.

Spent 3 days at Burleigh Bliss, enjoyed the location and the apartment was well equipped, the only negative was the traffic noise, but thats expected staying next to the God Coast Highway, apart from that, it was great. Host was very friendly and responded promptly to booking request.

We had a lovely time staying in burleigh. Perfect location, very clean and comfortable for a family of 4. Peter was very easy to communicate with and he was happy to help out with any local knowledge we needed. Thankyou

I am a healthy active person that enjoys life every single day. I am lucky enough to spread myself between Burleigh Heads and Byron Bay for home, business and pleasure. Two absolute paradises with nothing but between! . I like to travel sometimes but am also very happy at home. I love to take photos and write about my experiences - at home and away. I enjoy the outdoor life with surfing, paddling and water sports as most favoured in the paradise that surrounds me. I am a very social person who enjoys the interaction of sharing a meal and a tipple to bring out the best in all of us.
