A room in the Helmholtzkiez of Prenzlauerberg. The room has high ceilings 3,40 m and two big Windows. The room is in a very calm, and like is natural to Berlin very green, street. Kitchen and bathroom were recently renovated and have part of the original brick wall uncovered. The building is from the end of th XIX century and has survived two world wars (a bit of History).
The apartment is a stone´s throw away from the Helmholtzplatz an ideal square to take the usual Berlin sunday brunch, It can just sometimes be difficult to decide which one as their are so many possibilities. The district is full with small design stores, restaurants and cafés; if you need any advice I would be more than pleased of recomnding you my favourite places. The Mauerpark, kulturbrauerei and the Kastanienalle are in a very short distance. There are very good public transport connections: tram, metro and S-bahn stops are very close. Tram will take you to the center (hackescher Markt) in15 minutes
You will share this nice apartment with my flatmate Sven and his georgeous dog "Negro"(a labrador german shepard mix), They are both very friendly as you can read in the reviews and are found of nature and outdoor activities. I really adore cooking (experimental kitchen of course, and by the way Im vegeterian), reading and meeting new people of various cultures,I guess that is why I speak spanish, english, germán and struggle with french. Wherever you stay in Berlin I sincerely hope you have a fabulous time.
