You will be register as a guess at the Shelborne Resort, have access to most of the amenities like pool and restaurants, but not to the gym, beach chairs, valet parking and daily cleaning, of course, the rate reflects that

We will need your email address to send you checkin information since you will need to checkin with us and not with the front desk

The Shelborne Resort is centrally located in South Beach, close to absolutely everything you want to be, 2 blocks from Lincoln Rd and 5 from Ocean Drive. We recommend do not to rent a car since parking is very expensive and you won't need it around

Client must pay local taxes before arrival (7% in Miami Beach) since Airbnb only collects Florida Sales tax (Other 7%)

We had an excellent stay! We appreciated the easy check-in, amazing pool with cabana service, and overall location. Be aware this is not the quietest of rooms - the trash chute is next door in addition to the elevators. This was fine for us, but is something to be aware of. Definitely a great stay for the 3 of us!

Central place in a nice hotel. Small room and bathroom that could use updating and maintenance. Fridge dripped water on floor. Right next to trash shoot so was a bit noisy at times with people slamming the door.

The location is really convenient, close to the beach and the shopping street is around. The room is really small tho - two twin size beds with a small restroom. In all it's nice for a two people's trip but if you have a family it'll be crowded.

Great stay in south beach! The Shelborne is marvelous. Fabulous location, building, and beach! Storage area made the room seem so much bigger. Easy check-in/out.

There isn't a picture of the bathroom for a reason, very outdated and the shower was nasty. Issues with the key upon arrival, the TV didn't work and plumbing (drainage issues) and low water pressure in the shower. The room is next to the the trash shute and it's fairly loud as is the buildings outside AC so you can't hear the waves. Other than that, the price somewhat reflects these issues and the hotel/pool/location is amazing. I asked to be reimbursed for the cleaning charge since I had to clean upon arrival and have not heard back. Also completed a survey question and was supposed to get 10% off our next reservation but haven't seen anything about that too.

Thanks for your feedback Carol, we like to take care of our clients with all issues but to claim the bathroom was dirty at the end of the rental is not what any client should do, you should call me, or txt me, or send me an email to send my cleaning people to fix the problem, which I probably will do, but you didn't do, instead, you are now claiming a refund for something I can not confirm. Not good!
