Mark booked on a long weekend where we require a two night booking. I queried how that happened and he suggested I check my settings. The error was mine because I allowed instant booking which did not go through my channel manager. Every guest is required to provide a credit card for security. This is standard operating procedure at most accommodation. Unfortunately, I was unaware this guest wasn't happy. After checking he and his wife in and giving some advice, I didn't see them until after breakfast. Tuija brought me the key, seemed quite happy, said no thanks to breKfast as they were still full from dinner and said goodbye. I certainly didn't mean to offend Mark; I really was just curious.
