Gorgeous just renovated raised Ground Floor Mezzanine apt overlooking the beauty of the wide open spaces of Hyde Park, with separate bathroom, fully fitted kitchen and king size bed. Porter & CCTV.
5 minutes to Oxford Street and Marble Arch Tube.


This just renovated fantastic Mezzanine apartment looking out to Hyde Park. With triple glazed windows it is super quiet. The flat comprises of a wet room, everything is brand spanking new. The flat benefits from a 24/7 heat Recovery system that circulates the air to keep it feeling fresh. The kitchen has all new Neff appliances, with combination Microwave oven, hob and dishwasher with all crockery and cutlery supplied. Upstairs, the flat has a very generous changing area with fitted wardrobes and a king size bed and designer furniture. A desk with fast Wifi looking out towards Hyde Park is also up here.
A fully equipped kitchen with washing machine & dryer. The bedroom has designer bedroom furniture with fitted wardrobes.

Air Conditioning has been added for further comfort just in case the flat gets too warm, everything has been thought of for your comfort!

An ironing board, bed linen, towels, new Dyson hand held vacum cleaner are provided.

This apartment is located on the raised ground floor of a wonderful building opposite Hyde Park. Minutes from bustling Oxford Street, Marble Arch and Park Lane. Ideally located for exploring all that London has to offer - shopping, art galleries, museums, cafes, bars, restaurants, theatres, palaces and parks. There is also an excellent range of bars, cafes and restaurants close by.

As the flat is completely newly refurbished I am only taking minimum stays of 6 weeks, for longer periods rates can be discussed.

The nearest tube/subway station is Marble Arch (Zone 1 – Central Line) Oxford Street, Hyde Park and the West End are all within a short walking distance. It also has great connections to all the major London train stations - perfect for day trips. Heathrow is 45 minutes by tube/subway.

Marks & Spencer Food is a short walk away – for everything else there is always Selfridges!

Great stay in London thanks to Colin's amazing apartment! The location cannot be beaten, we loved walking through Hyde park each morning and it was such a nice place to come back to at be end of the day! The apartment is clean, comfortable and modern. Colin was a pleasure to deal with and easy to communicate with and very accommodating. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone staying in London.

This flat was out of the ordinary. It was super homey, comfortable and it had every amenity imaginable. Very modern, and the appliances quite new and of great quality. The view is great since it is located right across Hyde Park. It is walking distance to central district and circle lines, 10 min walk to Selfridges for instance so the location is amazing. It is definitely a place I will rent in the future, if it isn't booked as usual.. I got lucky! And the host Colin was very polite and always at reach, he was very helpful and explained every detail.
