I have a property manager who will meet you in Cannes and explain everything about the villa to you.
The country house in classical style Provence with a small garden, terassy and a site for the barbecue, convenient kitchen, is all necessary for living. The successful place situation, to the sea on a car to go five minutes, on the street near the house always there is a car parking lot.
It was great!
We had a wonderful stay at Villa Ricomie. My husband, our two kids (19 and 18 year old) and myself stayed there for five days. A beautiful villa in the upscale & quiet neighborhood of Le Californie in Cannes, yet not far from the center. It is exactly as described on the Airbnb page. A great balance between old charm and new amenities. Barbara and her property agent we're very kind and replied to all our questions and concerns before and during our stay.
If your are planning to stay out in the city late at night, I would suggest you rent a car. It is free and very safe to parc in front of the Villa.
Myself and five close friends stayed at the Villa for five days at the end of July, and we had a really amazing experience. The villa is absolutely beautiful, from the 1920s, with every convenience and amenity. The ceilings are high, the french doors are easy to use, and the freezer keeps everything freezing cold. The large kitchen and island are extremely nice, and the outside terrace with table and chairs is great for evenings at home, or relaxing and laying out in the sun. From the upstairs balconies, you have a view of the sea, and every bedroom has a lovely little balcony. There is plenty of space in the closets and extra blankets, and the tv and internet work well. We didn't bother renting a car, so we walked every day down to the beach and back, we also used taxis when we went out to dinner, and we could always take the 6B bus from the Hotel de Ville back up to the Avenue de Roi Albert. We had absolutely no problems with anything the entire time we were there, and the house was really gorgeous. I highly recommend staying here!! We did a photo shoot around the villa of myself and my girlfriends, and the photos turned out incredible. I have wonderful memories of the place, and I would love to stay here again! Anna
