This front line golf 2 bed ground floor apartment has very recently been decorated extended and upgraded and is maintained to an excellent standard, it has the largest apartment bedrooms on the resort as both the master bedroom and the second bedroom have been extended to provide luxury accommodation, There a safe, and each bedroom has key lockable door, ceiling fans and fitted robes. Each bedroom can be furnished with 2 x singles or one super king bed all fitted with Tempur mattresses and a choice of pillows to provide a restful sleep. A cot and high chair are available at no extra charge.
LOUNGE has a 32" TV with many UK and foreign channels, DVD, aircon, free Wifi and 2 reclining leather settees. We provide board games, DVDs and a large book library for your convenience. Full central heating throughout for the cooler evenings.
KITCHEN is fitted with Electric cooking, slow cooker, Microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher. Utility with Large Fridge/freezer and washing machine.
BATHROOM: W.C., Completely refurbished for 2016 with new bathroom fittings Corian topped vanity unit and new shower cubicle. Newly tiled throughout
TERRACE: The L shaped terrace is much larger than average with a separate lounging and dining area, and new for 2016, can be enclosed by the use of glass curtains all round the terrace now extends into the garden area giving one very large usable space. All photos to follow
ALL TOWELS, POOL TOWELS and hairdryer are provided.

We deliberately chose this apartment to overlook the 18 hole Jack Nicklas designed golf course and to be very close to the swimming pool (30 metres) but not directly adjacent to it for peace and quiet. we are not overlooked by any other property. It is convenient for disabled access.
THE RESORT has various bars and restaurants during summer, there is a supermarket, hairdressers, bank, club house which serves breakfast and lunch and a golf shop There are tennis courts and small play areas in various locations around the resort, and there is a wide variety of excellent restaurants in the nearby town of Roldan which is 5 mins. away.
There is secure underground parking and lift access to the apartment.
We are happy to accept short stay bookings but please note that we still have to charge for an end clean extra to the rental
(dependent on number of guests) - payable locally.


The owners live on site and are available at all times. You will be met at your apartment and will be given a full information pack with brochures of nearby attractions, and maps of the area including directions. If you are arriving late, you can request a food pack which will be charged at the receipt price.
You will be greeted with a complimentary bottle of wine and also water, and sugar are supplied free of charge there is also a store cupboard of herbs etc for your use, we would suggest you bring your favourite tea with you as there is not much choice here in Spain.
We can provide bicycles and golf clubs for a small charge. This region is perfect for serious cyclists and many of our owners regularly cycle through the mountains nearby. This apartment contains all the little extras to make it a home from home and it has been described as 5* by all of our guests.

La Torre Golf Resort is 9 years old and has full 24 hour security and beautifully presented lawns and gardens. We have a free internal telephone system and security can be contacted at any time if any emergency medical problems arise giving full peace of mind. It is directly off the C3319 which takes you to to the full motorway system throughout Spain.

We are just 20 mins, from the beautiful Mar Menor (small sea) which is a lagoon fed by the Mediterranean, it is extremely shallow for many metres and ideal for small children as it is like a warm bath. We are also 20 mins from the meditterannean itself. The beaches are beautifully clean and served by many cheringuitos (bars/cafes) from Easter to October.
Murcia (San Javiar) airport is just 15 mins away and we supply full directions from here or Alicante (1 hour away) to make your journey as stress free as possible.
The beautiful cities of Murcia and Cartagena - (port for visiting cruise liners) cities are approx 30 mins away. There is a new shopping boulevard 20 mins away where you can spend a full day shopping and eating at the many excellent restaurants and cafes. There are many recognisable shops here - Zara, Laura Ashley, Primark, C & A, Swarovski, Decathlon, and many more.
There is a lovely zoo and water park nestled in the hills just 30 mins away, in the same vicinity is an aquarium, we suggest the use of a car to explore the diverse areas which surround us , from mountains, beaches, national parks and orange/lemon groves

2015 is our first year with airbnb although we have rented our property out privately for 7 years and have many repeat visitors, we have had excellent+ and 5* feedback from all our guests. PLEASE NOTE There is a one off payment of 50 euros at the end of your stay
(to be paid locally) for the end clean and laundry.

The apartment is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. We expect our guests to respect our property as they would their own, and as other people reside in the block to keep noise to a minimum, and if any breakages occur we would like to be informed so they may be replaced.
