Richard is an absolutely wonderful host. The place is spotless, new kitchen, superfast internet, great Cable TV, private parking space, lovely chill-out garden space. The location is perfect - a quiet area (historic NE of downtown) a few minutes walk from St. Pete's downtown, restaurants micro-breweries, markets, museums, music venues, quay and waterfront parks. St. Pete's is a really cool place, very up and coming, with a kind of californian 'vibe' blended with a touch of New York and even Canada. Oh and did I mention the weather ! St. Pete's hold the record of 360 days of continuous sun ! Lovely blue skies and bay sunrises and sunsets. What's not to like ? we'll be back. Thankyou Richard

Absolutely loved this apartment! It's in a great neighbourhood which is both quiet and safe but also close to the beach as well as some really nice independent coffee shops, bars and restaurants. The whole area has a really relaxed atmosphere. The apartment was great too. It was exceptionally clean when I arrived and the kitchen - which has everything you could possibly need -really sets this place. Richard was also a great host and made the whole process super easy and relaxed.

The place was immaculate and great for a couple trying to get away. Location was lovely, quiet, and local to anything you might need. Had a wonderful time and hope to return for some r&r, good food and sun soon. Thanks Richard.

The perfect place for a quiet getaway. Richard has thought of everything his guests may need while staying in the suite. From beach accessories (towels and chairs) to a lunch bag if you need to keep something cool on the go, its there for you. The suite was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The private patio sitting area is great if you want to spend some time outside along or with friends. And you can't beat your own driveway just for your suite. If you into cooking there are cabinets full of pots, pans, cutting boards, cutlery, silverware, glass wear, plates, cups, a blender; anything you need for your stay. The neighborhood is quaint and quiet, no noise from neighbors at all. There were zero negatives to my month long stay in the suite, it was truly awesome. Finally, Richard is all about making sure his guests are happy, he met me when I arrive and I enjoyed a few messages from him during my stay to ensure everything was OK and that there were no problems. He also gave me some tips and local places to check out while I was in town. A great host!
