Number 10 boasts a spectacular vantage point to both the North and South ends of the Surf Patrolled beach. Delivering superb views of the ocean and beach-scape the house offers homely appointments, tasteful decorations and furnishings, providing an extremely comfortable and relaxed environment with two large open living spaces.
The spacious ocean facing deck provides a great environment for enjoying the full splendour of this magnificent location with a private path that leads directly to the beach.
Bed linen is provided, however you need to BYO towels.

This combination provides comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to 3 families including 6 adults (3 x couples) with 4 children. The bunk beds are full single size and will also comfortably sleep adults.
In addition to the 2 bathrooms, the house also includes a 3rd bathroom and separate toilet in the downstairs laundry. The Laundry is equipped with a washing machine, sink and shower. An outdoor beach shower is located on the Eastern side, just as you walk up from the beach.
The dining table seats eight. The main lounge area incorporates a TV with Foxtel and sofa that also comfortably seats eight with ocean views and access to the rear deck.
The kitchen incorporates an electric stove, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, toaster, kettle plus a large selection of utensils, pots, pans, trays, platters, crockery and cutlery. The main kitchen bench has an eat-in bar that seats two. The outdoor entertaining area has a table to seat eight and a gas BBQ.
Walk to Mollymook Golf Club, the 9-hole Golf Course, Mollymook Surf Club and local cafe restaurants. Tallwood Restaurant and Rick Stein's Bannisters are close by as are the local supermarkets and shopping centre.
