We were sorry about the inconvenience regarding the TV services. The guest visited during a major wind storm and internet services all over the mountain were effected in some way. Unfortunately, despite our best efforts the provider was not able to remedy the situation as quickly as we would have liked.
It should be noted that our television services are hooked up to a ROKU device. We have a Netflix subscription for the house, and also have a cable subscription linked to the ROKU which enables us to get lots of channels, sporting events, historical content, etc. Problems are rare, but the system does rely on internet access. We are always willing to help in the event of unforeseen issues.
