THIS ROOM IS ONLY AVAILABLE FOR A MINIMUM STAY OF 6 MONTHS. Fenway room is a sunny and cozy room in an International House. This room is perfect for a single graduate student or scholars who needs a quiet place to study and a relaxing time at home. This room is reserved for a full time grad. international students/scholars during the academic year. A preferable min. stay of 8 months starting October 2017 - May 2018.
Fenway room has a twin size bed for a single occupancy only, natural wood floor, a closet, a dresser, a study desk and a chair.
The house is fully furnished. 42" HDTV in the living room, high speed internet / wifi throughout the house, discounted coin-operated laundry machines in the basement for your convenience. Fenway room has an air conditioner (in the summer) and a ceiling fan.
Because this is an international house during the academic year (September - May), we will only accept graduate international students and scholar for a minimum stay of 6 months starting September 1st, but preferably 9 month-stay.
You will have access to all common areas, i.e. kitchen, dining room, living room, both bathrooms, and the backyard. Perfect for a long-term stay.

We will greet you when you arrive. Make yourself at home with other residents in the house. We the landlords live on the first floor in case you need anything. Just knock on our apt. door when you need us.
