Regole della casa

No bucks or hens parties or wild parties - this is a family residential area - so please keep the volume low after 10pm on weekdays, midnight on Fri & Sat nights

No Pets allowed.

No smoking inside the house, please use ashtrays provided in both balconies.

Use of drugs is strictly prohibited

Sand: please wash off Sand before entering the house using the hose provided outside

Linen, blankets and pillows are Provided, but no Bath or Beach Towels, so please bring your own.

Breakfast is not included

Check-in (2pm) and Check-out (10am) times are strict as we have back to back bookings and cleaners need time to prepare the house for the next guests.

We have a very strict Cleaning Policy. The cleaning fee is for professional cleaning of the bathrooms, floors and washing the linen only. The following items are expected to be done by you:

No Sand anywhere in the house
Kitchen dishes washed, dried and put back in the original spot
Microwave & Oven cleaned
Rubbish put in bins outside
Bins: please put out on Kerb on Monday Night
Gas: if BBQ is used and gas runs out, please inform Stephen on so it can be re-filled upon checkout
Tidy up and Vacuum the house (vacuum cleaner provided in Cleaning Cabinet)
BBQ cleaned and Ashtrays emptied out
No food left in the fridge
Ice Trays filled in
If any furniture was moved around the house by you, please put it back in the original position
Please switch off lights and air-conditioners and close all doors & windows when not in the house

For your easy access, a Check Out Checklist is displayed on the notice board in the dining room. Please ensure this Checklist is followed - to avoid deduction from security bond.

Damage, Breakages & Loss are tenant’s responsibility during the stay
When you check in, please check the house and if you find something is broken or unclean, you must notify us (preferably through sending us a message via the AirBnB site), or by calling the cleaners Stephen or Adam. so we know you are not responsible for those damages.

Please respect the fact that the house is someone's family home, so we request that you look after it and treat it like your own.

We will be away overseas, and not contactable by phone, so please contact Stephen or Adam on for any cleaning issues or problems.

We wish you a pleasant stay. Please fill out the guest book (on the table near entrance) and write reviews online.

È necessario salire delle scale - Bedrooms and small lounge room is on the street level. Kitchen and main Lounge Room are on the lower floor level.
Limitazioni di servizi - Garage & some wardrobes are locked and not accessible. Hot water is ok for 4 to 5 people, but if coming in a larger group, take shorter showers.

The house is very spacious and was well suited for our family reunion. Lots of space and privacy for all of us . The high ceilings and light filled space is great. Loved the fantastic views of the beach. Kitchen is well stocked which meant we could prepare special Christmas meals. The keyless entry was so easy. Would love to go back again one day.

We stayed for a week at the Seaside Escape and found it to be an ideal holiday house with stunning views of the beach. The house was spacious, with plenty of room to fit 10 people comfortably. Not so good for little people under 5 years old and those who have difficulty walking up and down the stairs though. Raj, our host, was also quick to respond to any queries.

The house was easy to access via the lock system. We had a pleasant stay & enjoyed the area of Stanwell Beach / Stanwell Park.

absolutely amazing house as soon as you open the front door to the house you will say "WOW!", so spacious, very clean, neat and organised, you can smell the beautiful salty air and the fresh ocean breezes definitely a perfect seaside escape!! Raj was very kind and quick with responses and was very helpful and detailed with all instructions. had such a wonderful stay, favourite part of the stay the house over looked the ocean, just a 3 min walk to the beach. if you wake up early, make sure you roll over to watch the beautiful sunrise and hear the waves crashing in the distance from the bedrooms. 110% would recommend and looking forward to coming back to the house for a longer stay!!

Lovely house, well maintained and clean all around. The house is very spacious & has a unique lay out, it is multi-level & has amazing views. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pictures posted are accurate as the house is as beautiful as they are in the pictures. My favourite is the dining area with the glass ceiling & wall. It is very close to the beach about 3 minute walk. Raj is very easy to deal with & quick to reply. I highly recommend this house. We will surely come back.
