This impressive property spans the first and second floors of the main residence and is accessed via the house's main internal staircase. Step inside to areas featuring elegant, stylish decor and furnishings, creating a calm ambience in which you can unwind after a busy day discovering the Lake District. Enter the apartment into the hallway, which has a useful drying cupboard, and leads through to the open-plan dining and kitchen area, a great social space to enjoy a leisurely meal together, whilst enjoying views out over the garden to the woodlands beyond. The kitchen has all the appliances you need to rustle up some tasty treats at any time of the day. The super-king-size bedroom on this floor boasts plenty of storage and an en-suite shower room. On the second floor, you'll find the large lounge room with a sumptuous corner sofa, ideal for chatting and a TV for cosy evenings watching a movie. Drift off to sleep in the lovely twin bedroom, which has direct access to the adjacent bathroom, complete with a large walk-in shower and a double-ended bath.
Although there is no designated outside area, step out and explore the shared gardens and admire the magnificent views of Lake Windermere and the distinctive fell landscape. There is also a shared half mile of private lake frontage (unfenced), and a private jetty is available for those wishing to launch a dinghy, canoe, or kayak (with prior arrangement). The shallow bay is safe for taking a quick dip or paddleboarding. Private parking is available for one car.
