Interazione con gli ospiti
We have a resident artist who works in his studio, but lives off site. He is very social, just ask him of places to go and what to see, where to eat in the neighborhood. I am out of town when I'm renting my studio, but its okay to email, text or call me if you have any questions or want to say Hello.

Be respectful of the space, it is a live/work. Keeping the common space clean is a most. (smile). There is a smoking area on the roof deck, but no smoking in my studio, or loft. Sorry no pets. We do have a microwave, and it's okay to store food in the fridge.
I am what others call a free spirit, the last decade I have traveled around the US, and overseas, working with artists, creating projects, and exhibiting for my gallery practice. I can live without TV, I can't live without the internet, and water. I am older, empty nester, so I like a sense of space, and down time to reflect on how good life is. If I'm visiting for sure it is because of work. I love Christian Contemporary Gospel, Jazz, Meditation music that I may get stuck on and play the same thing for hours. (hint). My style of traveling is usually by air, car, train. I've taken the train across country from the West Coast, to the East Coast, and I've travel by train while traveling abroad.
