Our renovated one bedroom apartment is in the best location in Manly, the best resort town in Sydney, arguably the best city in Australia.
The beautiful beaches of Manly are the main drawcard here, with surf and harbour beaches ideal for swimming, snorkelling or surfing. The nightlife is excellent, and the proximity to the city (just 30 mins on the ferry) is ideal for business or outings.

PS. Please be advised that the carpets were steam cleaned on Tuesday 20 December (in response to some helpful feedback), some new kitchen equipment has recently been added, and note that windows are professionally cleaned many times throughout the year to ensure our guests have a sparkling view and enjoy their stay.
PPS. Please do not bring children less than five years of age here, as we don't believe the balcony railing is safe with the gap in the design, as shown in the photos. Young children are climbers and do not recognise the risks, and it is a very long drop nine floors to the ground. Please understand that we love kids (we have three little ones ourselves) but we would not recommend this accommodation for small children until the balcony railings are changed.

The accommodation address is unit 901 of 22 Central Ave, in the Manly National Building.
If the power trips (which tends to happen once a year if too many appliances are running simultaneously) check the power box in the stairwell, PLUS the secret safety switch near the microwave.
Please pick up and return keys to Bergelins Real Estate office (by 5pm) at 4 Belgrave Street Manly, unless otherwise directed.
Use the white keycard to enter and exit the main carpark. DO NOT TAKE A TICKET AT THE BOOMGATE. To enter the carpark, use the second driveway on the RHS of Central Ave, called P1. Park anywhere (and use the public lift down and head right to find the foyer and residents' lift, actually located on Short Street), or use the grey fob key to enter the secure carpark up top and also in the residents' lift and for the rubbish room, which is located underneath the building next to the shoe repair shop on Central Ave.
The post office is located at the bottom of the Manly National Building, for easy orientation.
