Full kitchen with granite countertops. Bathroom has a vanity with hairdryer, Shower is 32x36 , no tub. Lanai has a gas grill, umbrella and table. Window Sun screen on patio that you can pull down for privacy and shade. The apartment will sleep 4 people. Queen sofa bed in Living Room and Queen Bed in Master. We use "green" cleaning products. Eco pest control throughout the property. We spray for insects every 3 months. Many repeat guests. Location is perfect at Cove Park Beach and across from Kalama Park, South Kihei. The park has walking path, kids playground, skateboard area. Walking distance to Kalama Village, aka "The Triangle" with its many shops, restaurants and entertainment. This is the only condominum that is across the street from surf break in South Kihei. Surf lessons across the street with rentals next door at Wave Riders for surfboards, paddle boards, kayaks and purchases. Perfect location for kayaker's, paddle board and beginner surfers. Charley Young beach is 5 minute walk. Kamaole I and II beaches nearby. Safe neighborhood, Maui Bus Stop minutes away.
