This listing is for the rental of our whole apartment on a self catered basis. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and sleeps up to 8 people. We are a true "ski-in, ski-out" location on Piste Bleu and only 75m from the Petit Moriond Gondola lift in Courchevel Moriond (1650).

2 bedroomed apartment sleeping up to 8 people with ski-in, ski-out access to piste bleu in Courchevel Moriond (1650). The apartment has a fully fitted kitchen with oven, 4 ring hob, microwave, kettle, washing machine/dryer, fridge and dishwasher. Bathroom with separate WC.

Guests will have exclusive use of the apartment on a self catered basis. However, please note that our rental terms require guests to bring their own bed linen etc because we cannot arrange this locally.

Courchevel Moriond (1650) is the next village down the mountain from its famous and expensive neighbour at 1850. The village has a family feel with all the facilities you would expect from a top class ski resort. Plenty of shops, bars, restaurants & hotels within easy walking distance and all much more accessible and cheaper than those in 1850. Moriond is known locally as "the sunny place" because it retains the sun later into the afternoon but because the majority of its slopes are north facing, it also retains the snow.

Everything in Courchevel 1650 is within easy walking distance of our apartment but there is also a free navette bus stop immediately outside that will take you to the village centre (400m) and also to all other areas of Courchevel ( and even La Tania). ALL navettes going up the mountain stop in 1850 and ALL navettes coming down the mountain from 1850 will stop outside our apartment so it really couldn't be better connected for accessing the whole resort.

As our guest, you will have free access to the games room in the main building of our domaine which has table tennis & table football games. In addition, there is plenty of free car parking and free wifi access in the main reception area which can occasionally be accessed without leaving our apartment, however sometimes the signal is too weak so this is not guaranteed.

A really nice coasy Apartment, excellent location for the morning rush to the Ariondaz lift up to the top. Easy to ski back to and good size ski locker. Well equipped kitchen for making breakfast and evening meals with loads of plates and cutlery so no need for mad panic washing up. Great balcony to sit at in the eveing and watch the world go by. Stuart was a great host and always gave a swift reply, Easy check ina nd out a really great place to stay.

This is a fantastic apartment in a great location. The description is very accurate. It feels spacious for a ski apartment and is very well equipped. It was especially great to have a dishwasher, a washer/dryer and loads of plates and glasses etc; it really was somewhere you could live, cook, eat etc. The apartment was very clean and there was a very useful welcome pack with loads of information about the flat, the resort, places to eat, some lift maps etc. Wifi was mixed, but there is endless hot water, and loads of movies to watch. Courchevel 1650 is on one side of the 3 valleys, so felt quite quiet, but had easy access to loads of amazing skiing. As we have 4 children, all in ski school, we didn't buy passes for the whole 3 valleys, as we always needed to be back at midday. We thought we might extend for 1 day, but in fact there is so much skiing in Courchevel that we didn't need to. We had mixed weather but great snow and there is lots of really fun off piste that the kids could do too. Eating out in Courchevel is not cheap but with a ski in/out apartment, we could easily come home for lunch, or there are cheaper places in the villages themselves. Hopefully we will be back one day.... we loved it!

Hi Susie I am intrigued by your comment about "would prefer cleaning to be included" because. as far as we are concerned it is. However we have had a previous guest make a similar comment and I'm not sure what Airbnb are charging you. We have a professional cleaner who always cleans our apartment between guests but we pay for this separately and include it in our nightly charges - Have Airbnb charged you something extra for cleaning because if they have, they haven't passed it on to us?

We are a young retired couple in our 50's who have been married for over 30 years. Our kids are all grown up and have left home to pursue their own careers whilst we ski and travel the world!
