A light, airy detached house situated close to the centre of Lyme Regis with the added benefit of off-road parking for three cars. Sea views from upstairs, and just a five minute walk to the beach.

It's a recently modernised, light and bright house in central Lyme Regis with ample parking for 4 cars. Sea views from the rooms upstairs.

Weachley is situated in a quiet residential street, it's got plenty of parking and it's just five minute stroll to the beach and high street.

Bus stop is just round the corner. The train station is 6 miles away

1.The minimum stay is three nights, this increases to four nights during peak times (eg Bank Holidays, school holiday's and Mid May to Mid September).
2. Duvets and pillows are supplied as part of the rental agreement, however if you'd like me to provide bed linen and towels there will be an extra charge of £10 per person.
3. If may accept a booking of less than the minimum stay but there will be a £50 cleaning charge which is payable separately.

Lyme Regis is a beautiful sea side town. This was a lovely house very near the sea but in a quiet spot. We had a lovely easter break there.

This house was perfect for our family group of six adults. The photos definitely do not do It justice. It was spacious, very clean and quiet with a very high standard of furnishings. It is walking distance from the heart of the town and the promenade. Even though we didnt have time to sit out, Eva's house has a very lovely landscaped courtyard with table and chairs. We just loved this house and it's location and we could highly recommend it.

This was a great house for a group to be based in Lyme Regis -the location was great and the parking was a real bonus.

Great house, very close to the beach. Some rooms had even sea view. Ideal for a family with kids. Very clean and comfi. Everything worked smoothly. Eva is a great and professional host. We had a great time and can fully recommend this place.

A really clean house just as listed with excellent acces for walks along the coast and inland. Plenty of space in the bedrooms for stuff but a few more hooks around the house for towels and coats would be great.

This is a lovely house on a cul de sac. Walk down hill a few hundred yards and you are in town with lots of restaurants. Walk up hill a hundred yards and you are in a parking lot that has its own stairs right down to the east beach where all the fossils are (be sure to go only within 2 hours of low tide). There are ocean views from the smaller bedrooms and the kitchen. I loved it that there was plenty of space, a well equipped kitchen and of course essential WiFi. Perfect place really.

The house is spacious, in a great location with off street parking. It is well appointed with everything you need, plus comfy beds too! The house was clean, Eva's instructions were very clear. It was really easy to feel comfortable there. In short, it was ideal. Thanks Eva!
