Duplex penthouse located at the top floor of Solneu building in the centre of Baqueira 1500, with view to the ski slopes at 100 meters from Telecabina de Baqueira.
It has 100 square meters in three pieces with eight beds and 3 complete bathrooms, distributed in two floors with two different atmospheres equipped both with TV, video y fridge.
On the base floor:
•Lounge with lunch bar (7 stools) and folding table for 8 people (folding chairs kept in a wardrobe)
• Open kitchen fully equipped: induction kitchen, fridge, dishwashing machine, oven, microwaves, express coffee machine, etc.
•Suite bedroom with King-size bed (1,90x1,90 m), two wardrobes and a complete bathroom with king-size bathtub for two persons.
•Second bedroom with a sofa-bed, a truckle bed and a wardrobe
•Second complete bathroom
On the top floor:
•Wide lounge with four sofa-beds and a big closet
We do not recommend the apartment for more than 5 adults, because the lounge, the bar and the folding table are not thought of for comfortably staying more than 5-6 people together.
It is ideal for families with grown-up kids, because they can stay in their own atmosphere in the top floor, fully equipped with TV, video, music, fridge…, whereas the adults relax in the main living room, and also because the kids can eat sitting at the bar while the adults can do it at the table.
Its situation at the 10th floor allows for excellent views and it is very calm and sunny.
Solneu building has reception service (24 hours on season period), centralized heating and hot water and a maintenance technician. Optional services of daily cleaning and laundry available.
Café bar and restaurant on the ground floor, with Wi-Fi and cable TV, for breakfast, lunch or dinner, which can be brought to the apartment.
It includes a parking place and an individual ski-closet on the ground floor, under reception’s surveillance

Reception service on the entrance hall ensures a permanent attention for every aspect related to the apartment and also for general information on the ski-station and activities in Valle de Aran.
There is a maintenance service in the building whcih can quickly solve any technical incidence that may arise during you stay
Activities at walking distance: Car cable to slopes at 100 m. Tracks for waking or with snowshoes in the surrounding. Leisure areas: shops, restaurants, swimming pools, gyms, bars, discos, kid areas, church…

Wi-Fi does not reach the penthouse but it is available for free in the hall and at the bar
The neighbourhood community rules do not allow to place the shoes out of the apartment.
