55m2 apartment in the center of Fuengirola. Restaurants and shops 20 m, beach at 50m, 200m train station.
2 air-conditioned bedrooms, lounge, kitchen and bathroom. Terrace European tv channels and internet connection included.

2 bedroom, top floor (without elevator) , hyper center and 50m from the beach.

Rent apartment in the center of Fuengirola in the heart of all services, shops, bars and restaurants. The Paseo Maritimo (promenade by the sea) and the beaches are 50 meters away. These beaches are public or are private (rental price: 4 euros in 2015 for the lounger and parasol per person).

This apartment is located on the 4th floor of a building-type 70s was renovated and includes a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom / WC, two bedrooms and a terrace. The entire measure 55m² including 15 m2 terrace.

The living room has a sofa / bed, a table for 4/5 people, a cupboard, a TV with French and European channels (including TNT) and unlimited fiber optic internet (possibility to connect several equipment WIFI).

The kitchen has a fridge, an electric hob, microwave and washer / dryer. The rooms are equipped with sheets and duvet covers. bath towels are also provided. A room with a bed of 160x200 and a built-in closet and the other a bed of 140x200 with a dresser. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning.

The terrace offers a view over the rooftops of Fuengirola and has a table and 4 chairs. It is sunny in the morning and shaded in the rest of the day which is preferable due to the ambient heat particularly in summer.

Note, like many buildings 'old' city center, the building is WITHOUT elevator.

In terms of services and entertainment, everything is close:
Bars and restaurants (many within 150 meters), post office 30 meters, bakeries (at the foot of the building), banks, tobacco, pharmacy (within 200 meters), the zoo (for the sole Costa del Sol 400 meters), the water park is 800 meters, the main nightclubs are also very close.

In terms of travel and transportation a car is not necessary: there is a train line with frequent stops and pass every twenty minutes. This line runs from Malaga to Fuengirola and along the coast. The terminus is just 400 meters from the apartment. This line includes stops at key interest points: the airport, Plaza Mayor (huge commercial and entertainment area), Pinillo (access to Carrefour Hypermarket) Benalmadena (access to the amusement park TIVOLI).

Also in terms of transport of the Fuengirola bus station (350 meters) allows travel among others to Marbella and Mijas (famous Andalucian white village on a hillside) very easily.

The rental car is not necessary to visit other parts of Andalusia even if there are close to the apartment a travel agency that organizes short trips to area points of interest (Ronda , Granada, Nerja caves, Gibraltar etc ...).

Also note that we accept small pets.

Stéphane stod klar da vi ankom og var sød til at bære vores kufferter op på 4.sal. Lejligheden var fin og ren og har en skøn beliggenhed ved byens bedste spisetorv. Lidt trist indretning og der manglede lidt hygge. På denne årstid kommer der ikke sol på terrassen. Gode senge og været var sød og hurtig til at komme med ekstra håndklæder da vi havde brug for det. Vær opmærksom på at rengørring ikke er med i prisen..

Locatie, locatie, locatie. Dit appartement ligt aan het leukste pleintje van Fuengirola met de lekkerste restaurantjes en tapasbars van de stad. Je hebt daar veel plezier van en geen last, want de slaapkamers liggen aan de achterkant van het appartement. Je bent ook binnen een minuut op het strand en het station is 10 minuten lopen. Het appartement zelf is prima, schoon en de keuken en badkamer zijn klein, maar vrij nieuw. Ja het zijn aardig wat trappen steeds, naar de 4e verdieping, maar eerlijk gezegd was dat ergens ook wel lekker, want zoveel bewogen we nu ook weer niet. In de woonkamer hangt fijne fan en er zijn airco's in de slaapkamers. Prettig. Stephane was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Aanrader, dus.

Nous avons été très bien reçu par Stéphane, nous avons beaucoup apprécié son accueil et son amabilité. L'appartement est impeccable, joliment décoré et bien placé au centre de Fuengirola.

Nous avons été obligé d'annuler la réservation de Michael pour la raison suivante: La co-propriété fait réaliser des travaux d'étanchéïté sur la terrasse communautaire du toit de l'immeuble. Notre appartement est situé juste en dessous. Nous craignons que le bruit des marteaux piqueur et les odeurs de goudron gênent nos clients. Nous avons bloqué, sur notre calendrier les 15 jours prévus de travaux.
