Use of first floor of the 3 floor town house in the Old Town of Stevenage. The floor consists of double bedroom, private bathroom and lounge.
Access to Howarde Court is off the High Street.

No parking in the Courtyard; lots of local parking (restrictions apply) on the High Street & surrounding streets.

Close to supermarkets, shops, pubs, places to eat - Breakfast and eating places are a couple of minutes walk away. Good Local (traditional) pubs and great restaurants to try.

L'alloggio

The room is spacious with a King Size bed and is comfortable for 2 people sharing. Guests have use of the entire 1st floor which consists of the double room, private bathroom with bath and shower and a lounge, with Freeview television, BT Sports and DVD player. WiFi access available on arrival.

The use of the 1st floor and tea and coffee facilities in the room. There is no car parking on site so please be aware. There is parking on the High Street which is a short walk and longer stay parking just a few minutes away..

Parking is not avialble on site. On booking you get additional information. There is lots of eating places in the Old Town. Prezzo, Pizza, Fish&Chips. Chinese, Curry Restaurants plus an ASK chian. There are a few fast food take-aways including Pappa John's and a Domino's. Local Pubs serving good homemade-style food. There is a local Wetherspoons within 5 minutes walk. In addition lots of cafe's including a Costa with WiFi access.

I had the best experience staying at Richard's place. It was like home away from home. He is the best host you can expect. He was very kind enough to even drop me off and pick up from my customer's office locally. Place is very clean. Close to High Street where you will find a lot of restaurants and shops. Public transportation is also very accessible. Would definitely look forward to booking it again on my next trip.

I have stayed with Richard three times now, and he has been welcoming and friendly each time. If you are staying in Stevenage I can recommend staying here. Local amenities are good, there are plenty of restaurants and pubs on the high street, and the location is within easy walking distance of the train station.

Loved staying at Richards place! His son, Andrew, checked me in Thursday evening, and gave me a key and chip fab, for the house, and gate. Having never been in the UK, I asked for a few pubs to visit and a reliable cab company to use, which Andrew was very helpful to suggest. The room is up the stairs, very clean and comfortable. I slept very well, and the shower was amazing! Best thing to have after a long day at work. I didnt use the sitting room much, but it was spacious with a comfortable couch and tv. I left early Saturday morning, and Andrew had been kind enough to provide instruction on how lock the home and leave the keys. Richard and Andrew were very accessible for any questions I had, and made it easy for an new traveller to the UK, to feel safe and enjoy a stay. I do hope to explore Old Stevenage again soon!

Lovely location in a lovely town close to many shops and restaurants. Richard was welcoming at our late arrival. Close to the air museum in Duxford, our primary destination for the area.

It is still a pleasure to come in Stevenage with the late sunny spring coming and the company of Richard of Andrew. Also, neighbourhood is still there with plenty of restaurant to try.

"Faites comme chez vous" est le mot d'ordre et Richard et Andrew font tout pour que le séjour soit des plus agréables. Une adresse a ne pas rater a Stevenage.
