Underground Parking Available for $20/night with unlimited in/out privilege. Must reserve in advance payable at check-in. Otherwise, there is parking available next door at 10 Portland Street.

Q: How much is the apartment, what is the total charge for my stay?
A: The rate is calculated and displayed on this page when you enter your dates, without need to pay or give credit card info. In addition to the airbnb fee, there are no further charges, no hidden fees, no extra costs, of any kind. What you pay here on this site is all you will pay for the apartment for the nights you have booked. That's it, nothing more (underground parking available for $20/day if required)
Q: How about a fee for cleaning or to use the internet... How about taxes? Do I have to pay extra for anything?
A: Nothing extra to pay. Everything is included in the price here.
Q: Is the apartment available for my dates?
A: I try to keep the calendar here up-to-date.
Q: I'm arriving early in the morning or late at night, is that ok?
A: Early check-in might not be possible because of the time the unit requires to clean. Late check-in is no problem. Review your itinerary for the instruction.

A: Please print the itinerary once you have reserved. You will find the house manual. It has the address, check-in instruction and the password for the Wi-Fi
Q: Are there towels, pillows, blankets, and linens for the beds?
A: Yes and fully cleaned
Q: Is the kitchen equipped for cooking?
A: The kitchen has basic cutlery (i.e. cups, glasses, bowls, plates, forks & knives). Please clean up after you use it, please don't leave dirty dishes or glasses.
