Newly remodeled studio in the heart of Waikiki with a small partial ocean view from your private lanai.


This newly remodeled room comfortably sleeps two adults. This unit features a queen sized bed with linens, private balcony and bath with towels and complimentary sample soap and shampoo. Also included are an HDTV and free in room WIFI. The kitchenette offers guest almost everything they need for preparing meals. Refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker is standard. Also included are dishes, glasses, flatware.

Located on-site are a 24-hour convenience store, laundromat, tour desk, cell phone shop, surf shop and public underground parking garages.

This property is elevator accessible with trash chutes located on each floor.

Per community house rules, all guests must register with the property. A photo copy of valid government issued identification is required for all guests in the unit. Registration is usually done at check-in.

All guests are required to sign-in their visitors at the Security Desk in the main lobby for every visit. Visitors are not permitted unescorted above the lobby level and may not be in possession/and or use of key set. Use of key set is reserved for the express use of guests only and may not be used to allow access to anyone other than the resident and guest.

In general, all guests are asked to be a good neighbor and to also comply with the following:
-Loud music or TV playback is generally not allowed.
-Trash chutes are located on all floors. Please adhere to posted signing. If you have items too large for the trash chute, please use the dumpster in the garage.
-Items may never hang over or from a lanai ledge.
-Intoxicated behavior in any common area is prohibited.
-Leave sand on the beach. Sand is not permitted in the drains or throughout the unit.

The cleaning fee compensates the housekeeper for their expenses (parking, laundry, supplies, etc) when they clean your unit upon check out. Initial supplies at check-in include: Travel size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, two rolls of toilet paper, dish soap and one roll of paper towels. Units are not re-supplied during a guest's visit. Laundry is the responsibility of the guest during the guest's stay as required by the guest. Guests are not required to leave newly laundered towels and linens upon check out, however if there are any stains, the guest is required to remove the stain or replace the item at their expense.

All lost or damaged items must be replaced by the guest prior to check out.

Guests must leave the unit in good order including washing all dishes and disposing of refuse.

Richards apartment is in an excellent location in Waikiki. It is in a quiet area close to the beach and all the restaurants. Richard is an awesome host that provides a lot of information of what to do on Oahu. It was really appreciated and we would definitely stay there again.

I picked Richard's place since it looked so inviting and he had awesome reviews. I know why he does after staying there. Everything was written out very clearly for check-in and out. He has some great local tips and resources available online. Loved having the Roku in the room to watch Netflix late night. It's close to everything and yet just off a bit from all the noise. He even has fun beach boogie boards and snorkel gear. Two thumbs up!

What a great place to stay in Waikiki!Richard was a very accommodating host. The room is comfortable and has a perfect location for the beach, shops and restaurants. Highly recommended!

Richards accommodation is very central to Waikiki. A short 5 minute walk onto Waikiki beach, public transport, restaurants etc. The unit itself is clean and tidy. Richard is very friendly and makes the check-in process very easy. A must stay place in Waikiki. Great value for money.

Richard's place is great for its convenience and value. The space is ideal for two people who are on a budget and wants easy access to the beach, convenient stores, laundry, and restaurants. My favorite was the fresh juice being sold downstairs. The room has everything you need to satisfy your basic needs. It has small fridge, utensils, coffee maker, snorkeling gears. He also provided enough towels which is always a plus for me. The furnitures need a little upgrade. It seems cheap and a little old. Like, the bed frame and the side tables can be moved easily. In the beginning, it feels like Im staying in a motel but after warming up to the place, it starts to feel very homey. I would definitely stay again. The location is very ideal - two blocks away to the beach. When I visited, I had a leg injury so walking around the area is a challenge but being close to everything, I was able to enjoy the sunset, the waters, the restaurants, and the International Market place. The place feels secure and safe. The elevator requires guests to tag in a key to make the elevator work. There's security in the building and the neighborhood seems very quiet and safe. I felt safe. Overall, it is a good enough room. I would book this room again.

This is a great value place! The amenities were fantastic, definitely explore the entire place, there are some body boards, an ironing board with an iron and a couple other items available for use. Walking distance away from shopping centers, restaurants and many of the bus stops. For anyone staying on a budget I would definitely recommend taking advantage of the latter. You can get anywhere on the island through the bus network and it's pretty cheap!

I am so happy to be living here in Hawaii and hope to live out the rest of my life in this amazing place. In my off time, I spend time taking care of my dog, Peanut, and enjoy spending time on the beach and hiking the mountains.
