Also, NO SMOKING on this property. We have a pack and play, but toddlers are too dangerous near pool IF they don't swim well. An infant did learn to swim here recently! he was 9 months old, NOT walking or toddling yet.
Keep front blue doors closed at ALL TIMES so no one can run into the pool. Plenty of street parking, if you are ACTIVELY LOADING your car you can pull up, but know that we need to go in and out of our driveway, so please don't leave cars parked there. Tell guests to park on street at all times.

This was a fantastic property! Jack and Nina were available at all times to make sure we had everything we needed. The pool was clean, the beds were comfortable and the location couldn't be beat. It was a short walk to the beach and a short drive to the airport. I would stay here again and would definitely recommend it to my friends. Mahalo Jack and Nina.

Great place for family. Very nice and clean. Great pool. Jack and Nida were great host. We would stay here again when we come back some day.

You have the bottom floor of a house in a residential area. I would guess about a half mile from the beaches and food. Be aware that the owners are above you and watch everything you do. I have stayed in places with this similar situation and never had a problems however, this one does not like you having visitors or larger gatherings on their property.

This person did not stay at our place so should not be able to leave a review about a place she never saw or stayed in. We work 3 jobs 7 days a week and are too busy to look out the window except when we are home a few minutes before sunset Only registered guests are allowed because of the liability of swimming pools unless you ask us first and everyone can swim well. Doors to the pool must be kept shut for the same liability reasons. We could have asked this guest to leave after they broke the house rules and then they wouldn't even be able to leave a nasty or false review such as this. We've been superhosts most of the time we have run an Airbnb. We have enjoyed 98% of out guests who did not make us feel like a stranger in our own property, you can see one other guest who also kept leaving door entry to pool open and he didn't like being told to close the door (so his constant stream of visitors could come and go as they please& make as much noise as they wanted without any consideration whatsoever to neighbors who would hear your noise a lot more than we would since we travel a lot and it's rare for us to meet our guests usually Sooo, we are away end of April and most of June & July & our place is usually full and priced the same for a week that you would pay at a fancy hotel nearby for just a weekend , So book early and ignore this review from someone who did not even see our place much less stay here .

Jack and Nida's place was fantastic, even better than expected. My family of 6 stayed here for a week, we had plenty of space, the location was great and the huge pool was so refreshing! Nida was very helpful and quick in responding prior and during our stay. We had wonderful time and definitely would recommend their place to friends.

Jack and Nida contacted me days ago before the check-in date to ensure a smooth check in, they provided detailed instruction with contact information and warm welcome words. Their place was wonderful too! My family love the place, it is clean and beautiful with everything we need for vacation. the location is wonderful, close to everything on the island. I just can't say enough good words about their place.

I retired from Silicon Valley but commuted from Whidbey Island Washington, where I still keep a home. I love both islands and go back and forth to enjoy cool as well as warm climates while I constantly improve my properties. I'm calling Maui my home these days, but still enjoy the oceanfront house that I rebuilt on the big island as well. We hope you will choose to stay at one of my homes and look forward to meeting you. 5 things I can't live without: my family(2 sons, sense of humor,my significant other, air and tomorrow)
My style of travel: prefer islands, scuba, nice hotels when I first land jetlagged, then interesting hosts where we went to Portugal recently, Spain, Australia we stayed in hostals all over, rented a car, took trains, planes and live aboard boats. Belize last February &Victoria,BC, do you need something there?
I enjoy sci-fi movies and books, am quite a movie buff with a huge video library, love many styles of music from Beatles,Zeppelin,Pink Floyd,and alot of oldies, Rhythm n Blues to Jazz and Rock.
My style of hosting is, I like to give guests an orientation, finding light switches and fan remotes , so you can have a more enjoyable stay....after that, if you want privacy we can tell by now, and give you your space. If you want to chat and hear about the area, we know alot of great places to see and go eat/dine/tour.
