Bus 24 goes up the terrace past the door to directly to The University of Western Australia (UWA )
Close to Princess Margaret Hospital , Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital aka Queen Elizabeth Hospital and Hollywood Hospital & the New Childrens Hospital. This apartment is on the 2nd floor you go up the stairs when you enter through the secure main foyer door.
Great for corporate stays, vacations, hospital and University of Western Australia (UWA)
We provide you with fresh towels and linen as well as some tea and coffee supplies. The kitchen is equipped with cutlery, plates, cooking utensils, oven, kettle, toaster, stove and a fridge. There is free wifi internet for light usage.

Even though the apartment and complex is an older style building it is safe and secure with a parking bay that may be available on request. Although Malcolm Street is an older style building it is clean and well maintained.

The apartment is walking distance to the Perth CBD and shopping mall precinct. We are a quick 5 min stroll into the City of Perth. With a 5 minute stroll in the other direction will take you up to the famous Kings Park.

Perth has a fantastic transport system that will connect you to other places of interest which include Fremantle, Crawley Riverfront, Subiaco, Claremont, Cottesloe Beach and Leederville.

Fast Eddys Cafe a 10 minute walk from the apartment is open 24 hours.

The Transperth airport bus 37 will take you to our door daily.

You can’t get a better location at the foot of Kings Park.
Parking is not included in the rate at Malcolm street. The parking bay is shared between 3 apartments in the complex that are short term apartments. There is a height limit as the car bay is under the building of 2 meters so some 4WD’s with roof racks may not fit. You can secure this bay with a payment of $49.00 per week to paid up front at the time of payment for your apartment. Once you have paid this the bay is solely yours for the duration of you stay. It is under cover in a secure locked gate area underneath the building of 45 Malcolm Street.


Fantastic location walking distance to Perth the CBD. Walk one direction to Kings Park in the other to the City then down to the stunning Swan River.
All buses that go past the door to the City are free. Walk just around to Mount Street Riverview restaurant about a 2 min walk for some breakfast and a coffee.
24 buses take you into the city and also past the main hospitals sir Charles Gairdner, Hollywood hospital and the 37 from the airport past the door. This bus also goes direct to The University of Western Australia.
Shopping for groceries is easy at Woolworths in the city this is basically on Malcolm street as St Georges tce is a an extension so it’s down the same road. Get on the bus 24 at the door get off at Woolworths and take the 24 home again about a 5 min trip one way.

General appearance of this apartment is clean, functional. -The insulation against the cold and the noise is tolerable, -Some morning the water is cooler than lukewarm. -The kettle in the kitchen and the stove needs to be changed ($ 40) -The arrived late at night was difficult, the inside temperature was as cold as the outside. Not finding a way to turn on the heating, I got sick (at this moment impossible to contact the manager), the windows were all open and the temperatures were very low. -The Vodafone mobile network does not work inside apartment. -The positive point explains the price is the privileged environment (kings park, parliament) This place is suitable for a stay of vacancy, not to work.

Hi Syssou, We have free wifi in the apartment and it is not vodafone so I am not sure what network you were trying to use sorry but it was not one of ours. A phone call to us would have sorted this issue for you. The heating can be turned up it was a really cold few days I agree but we cant leave the heating on scalding hot as the temperate changes with the weather. I am not sure what you mean you (can't find the manager) as in the feed list you contacted me via email and I can see I answered you within the hour. If you had called or text it would have been quicker I give 2 numbers including emergency numbers so it is very easy to contact me. I do check my emails very often and I can see we have had communication in them but at times you just don't answer them back. I did try to resolve any issues in fact on the 1 night you could not get the heating to work the last email I have in my feed is you are on your way to the apartment and would let me know if you could get this working. I did not hear back until the next day and then I offered to come in even when I knew the remote was in working order as my cleaner check them for battery's and setting before leaving. Issues come from pressing too many buttons at once it can jam the remote.

104 Malcolm was comfortable for my 3 week stay. Close to the city, secure and clean. Hosts Terry and Larrisa were very communicative and helpful.

The apartment was in good condition, clean throughout and well stocked with kitchen utensils, bed linen and bathroom towels. Directions provided as to the location were very precise and helpful. The location of the apartment is very convenient for West Perth and the CBD. I would definitely recommend this apartment and would stay again if back in Perth on business.
