Our Country Haus is the longest established guest Haus on Bainbridge Island. Our private carriage haus accommodates 1-2 guests, adults preferred, sorry no pets. There is a full flight of steps with handrail.
Full amenities include a living room with French Doors that open onto a balcony. The kitchen has full size appliances and seating for four. The tiled bathroom has a walk in shower. The large bedroom has a queen size sleigh bed, plus comfortable sitting space and a writing desk in the window nook.
Casablanca ceiling fans circulate fresh air in the bedroom and living room.
The guest haus is about 1000 square feet, our property is 1.7 acres.
Off street parking, one car preferred.
Breakfast is stocked for your arrival. Usual items include fresh fruit, Greek yogurt, 2% milk, half and half, English muffins, butter, jam, granola type cereal, oatmeal, raisins. There is an electric hot pot for tea and a Keurig coffee maker. Visit our website: (website hidden)

Bainbridge is a 35 minute ferry ride from downtown Seattle and Agate Pass Bridge is our connection to the Olympic Peninsula. We are 1 mile from the Bloedel Reserve, less than 2 miles from The Clearwater Casino, we are approximately 6 miles from our city center of Winslow with restaurants and unique shops. Port Townsend is less than 90 minutes away and Port Gamble is worth a stop on your way to the Hood Canal Bridge.
We live in the log house next to the carriage haus but respect your privacy.

We supply firewood for the fireplace but appreciate your consideration in regards to preserving environmental air quality.
The stove fan can not be hooked up therefore cooking food that does not require a fan is best, plus our next guests will appreciate it.
We live in the log house next door to the carriage haus but respect your privacy. Please let us know if there is something you need during your stay.
We have lived in the Pacific NW for 35 years and have owned our Bainbridge home since 1987, the island has grown and we have continued to enhance our property. Keith and I have raised our children on the island, we work on the island and take a moment to relax whenever we can. We look forward to sharing our Guest Haus!
