Perfectly located 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground floor apartment across the street to Main Beach. Ideal for a family holiday. Short stroll to shops and restaurants. Secured parking, full kitchen and outdoor deck with BBQ. Wifi now included.


Ground floor apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom features a King bed and large en-suite. The second bedroom has a Queen bed.
The apartment is well-equipped and has a great outdoor deck looking out towards the beach. All linen and towels are provided however you will need to bring your own beach towels. Reverse Cycle Air-Conditioning in bedrooms only.

Guests have access to the entire self contained apartment (except for a locked/private cupboard). There is an underground parking space for a small vehicle.
Note: Unfortunately parking along Lawson Street and most streets in Byron CBD is now PAID parking, you'll need to enter payment and your vehicle registration at a parking metre.

There are No party groups permitted. We are looking for quiet, clean and respectful guests. Strictly no parties or loud music. If excessive noise is reported and security called, fines are applicable. Thank you in advance.

Noise: Please enjoy the unit indoors after 9pm. It’s a residential area, so please be considerate of the neighbours (i.e. no loud music, only 4 guests permitted at any time). If excessive noise is reported at any time of day/night and security called, fines are applicable and will be taken from your bond. Likewise, if neighbours are too noisy, please report them by calling the Noisy Neighbour hotline, located on your welcome note.

Please leave the unit clean and tidy as you've found it. Including kitchen and bbq. Take all rubbish/recycling out to the bins provided along the fence line of the property.

No smoking.
No pets.
No visitors.

It is recommended guests have our their own travel insurance, as Landlord's insurance does not cover guests personal property. Make sure to securely lock the property when leaving it unoccupied.

The person making the booking must stay in the property and will be held responsible for the conduct of all guests. No visitors.

Any damages need to be reported immediately and paid for.

Guests must accept premises “as booked" and cannot be relocated. We are careful to accurately represent property photos and description. No refund is give if guests are not satisfied with the property on arrival.

We endeavour to have any repairs to appliances attended to as soon as possible if guests report there is an issue. However, due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. having to order parts or non-availability of tradespeople, etc) the immediate repair may be beyond our control. No responsibility is accepted for these unforeseen circumstances. There will be no refunds or discounts deducted for unusable appliances awaiting repair.

We loved Trent and Laura's place! The location is perfect - right on the beach in Byron and super close to lots of shops and restaurants. The accommodations themselves were clean and simple- everything you'd need in a beach house. Laura & Trent themselves were always easy to reach and graciously allowed us to keep our car in their spot a bit longer (beware: almost all street parking is paid in Byron). All in all, great tripade even better by the great location and hospitality of Laura and trent. Thank you!!

We loved staying here. The two big bedrooms & two bathrooms were good for us as two couples travelling together. The apartment had everything we needed plus some treats when we arrived. It was so convenient to town and restaurants as well as the beach for a morning walk. Very roomy & relaxing!

We stayed for 3 nights and the place had everything we needed. The hosts were contactable for anything and very prompt in responding. The location was great and the parking was a godsend. Wld definitely recommend staying here if ur lookong for accom in Byron!

Comfortable beds. Across the road from the beach and easy walk to the main street. Owners just a text or phone call away if needed.

Amazing location. For under $300 per night it's impossible to get a better location in Byron Bay. We could be out of bed and in the water in about 30 seconds. It's a 3-4 minute walk into town. The apartment is well equiped with a kitchen, lounge, dining area and 2 bed 2 bath. Laura was easy to communicate with and happy to help out in any way. I will be back. Thanks so much!
