Nice walk to Lake Austin, coffee shops, restaurants & grocery stores. Close to Lady bird Hike & Bike trail. City of Austin pools close by. Updated kitchen, (no stove but has cooktop, microwave & convection microwave, Dishwasher & Refrigerator and dishes, etc. ) City of Austin pool 1 mile away on Enfield. Deep Eddie Historical Spring Feed Pool under 2 miles away which is the start of the Lady Bird Lake hike and Bike Trail. Louis and I have owned and managed our condo on the Laguna Madre for over 12 years. We also short-term lease our home in downtown Austin.
Regarding the condo on the Laguna Madre: We use the condo when guests are not there, so there is usually a lot of commonality with our guests. One or the other of us go to the beaches, fish, hunt duck, bird, shell, boat, swim, use the local restaurants, entertain and cook at the condo, watch sports and some movies on the big screen TV, and most importantly enjoy a beverage watching the sunset from our deck! Call for info anytime.
As for our home in DT Austin, well its close to everything cool, has a backyard and grill, full kitchen and utensils, king and 2 single beds, etc etc. People seem to always enjoy their time here. Its not a big PARTY place, but it works for usual gatherings and normal great times!
