Feyzi is good man. But place (home) is not suitable for babies and families. I described we have a babies with us. A room is in a high humidity and I have a bronchitis, so I had a problem with breathtaking. And we cancelled our reservation before check in, but Feyzi didn't refund our money.

Fevzi ist ein netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, zügig mit Rückmeldungen. Doch die Unterkunft ist nicht wie beschrieben und auf Fotos gezeigt. Es hat nach Feuchtigkeit gerochen, Bettwäsche fühlten sich nass an, Toilette sanierungsbedürftigt sowie viele andere stellen in der Wohnung z.b zerbröckelte Wände etc. Wohnung würde nicht richtig oder garnicht saubergemacht. Ich hätte erstmal alles und überall putzen müssen damit meine 1 jährige Tochter dort krabbeln konnte. Selbst meine beiden älteren Kinder 12 und 13 Jahre fingen vor lauter Ekel an zu weinen und wollten keinen einzigen Tag dort verbringen. Wir haben uns mit 7 Gepäckstücken und 3 Kinder abends eine andere Unterkunft suchen müssen. Diese Wohnung war eine Zumutung für uns.

We arrived after talking withFeyzi bey, his son took us to the flat, gave us extra sheets etc. it was quite easy to locate the flat. We had a good stay.

Our family, with puppy, visited Istanbul for 11 weeks. The apartment was adequate, but I would not recommend this host. Positive Location, spacious, good shower, garden, safe neighborhood Host Very friendly, but pressured us about electric/gas/water usage for our entire stay despite AirBNB agreement that included utilities. Was not proactive in providing for our needs. Protected his interests, but did little to ensure our comfort/expectations were met. Problems Contract: Upon arrival host required me to sign a contract. Not an AirBNB document. Host claimed that contract is per Turkish Law. He waived a cash deposit that he said he normally collects (not AirBNB). Utilities: Prior to arrival we verified that cost of utilities were included. From arrival onwards, Host reminded us of how expensive utilities were, and on two occasions demanded that we pay half of the cost of the bills. Despite being against AirBNB rules, we paid once to smooth things over, but he still demanded again at the end of our stay. No Free On-Premises Parking: Told I could park in the “no parking zone” overnight, find street parking or utilize auto park for fee. No Washer and Dryer in the Unit: Washer and dryer in the basement, which we used by appointment. Didn’t use the dryer because Host said our clothes would stink. Drying rack was provided. One free load of laundry per week; each additional load costs 10TL. Heating: Heating was inconsistent throughout our stay. The first few days the heat did not work. Host repaired heater, but we still had to continually ask for heat to be turned on. We went many nights without heat. Cleanliness: Tidy upon arrival, bathroom clean but floors, carpets and kitchen were grungy. A few ants. The host did not offer to clean during our stay, but indicated that we could hire a cleaning for 75TL. Beds/Towels: Beds extremely worn; very uncomfortable; prominent springs. Bedding provided was minimal, and did not fit the beds. Towels smelly/tattered. Pets: Advertised pets allowed, but after arriving host was reluctant to allow our puppy. He indicated we should pay for special cleaning at the end. At checkout we cleaned the apartment thoroughly (vacuum, tape roller, etc…), but host claimed it was left dirty. We have a video that shows otherwise. Summary Our stay was wrought with frustration due to the absence of advertised amenities, lackluster service and pressure about water/gas/electric bills. Of serious concern was the unofficial contract I was asked to sign on arrival (and cash deposit that was waived), and the demand of payment for utilities that was not agreed upon when the booking was made. We are a normal family, that consumes a normal amount of utilities and requires a normal level of care. We paid a premium, but the amenities and services advertised were not provided in a manner commensurate with general expectations for a stay at any hotel or BNB. Be sure to read host’s reviews before booking. I would not recommend renting from this host.

Hello Greg and his family are nice people ,talkative,friendly but we had a few little problems. ı waited for them late . Heather was working in the morning called me ,so early morning ı called the technican we fixed it nexth day ,t was broken so the technican fixed again. ı checked the radiaators after that we had no problem.somebody turn off them so the water went inside the heather which caused problem. so ı ve got 510 tl for the gas,around 165 tl water and electric like that. ı show him the other bills. He checked it and paid me some money. ı have several guests from everywhere but Never got that much bill. That is TRUE WE DO NOT CLEAN THE FLAT EVERYDAY. we clean once.then they need to clean.They stayed almost 3 mounths never complain about cleaning etc. now he says everything dirty. He is right ı do not have free parking area. but people could park in front of the building. Now ı am going to change it . I am not good about using Airbnb. But ı did not write The driyer and washing machine inside the flat.Yes we get 10 tl for each washing(inc. washing powder,softner etc 7kgs.). I did not say they left the place dirty. I SAİD DOGS HAİR EVERYWHERE.He wanted to extend his staying and wanted to pay me in cash. but ı did not accept it so he made the reservation through the airbnb later he had to cancel it. But it is not right for me.if we work with airbnb it must go on that way. we do have to get angry. and telling lots of things not true I asked him several times if he is happy. and He reply he is ok and happy with everything which is written on the airbnb.First time I DO NOT reccomend someone. But This doesn,t mean he is a bad person. ı liked him.BUT HE CAN NOT HİS WORDS. Feyzi has welcomed us eventhough we arrived late in Istanbul. The house was great, Feyzi explained everything and it seems like everything is complete! The house is 20 mins away by car, keep yourself up to date about traffic jams during rush hours, because it will take you around 2 hours to arrive if it arrives! Great host :)
