Fantastic location for exploring Bath. Karyn was super quick to respond to any queries and she sent very detailed and appreciated directions so that check-in was simple. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay, and it was good value.

We had a great stay perfect location 10 min walk to centre nice touches ie milk in fridge it was perfect for a girlie weekend away

Unfortunately this flat was a bit disappointing.
The street noise was unbearable. There was noise from other flat.
Sleep badly affected.
Location was good.

We thought the place was in a great location - although it's a bit noisy at times during the night and quite light from the street lights. It's nice and clean although some more details on where to find things would have been appreciated. It was also a bit difficult to find - but…

Nice, spacious flat in a great central location with parking.
It can get a bit draughty in the winter though, so pack warm clothes. Or choose to go in the summer when you can make the most of the lovely garden.
