This was our first time using airbnb. Elisabeth spoke very good English, which we were grateful for since our French is basically non-existent! We communicated to her when we landed and about when we would be arriving. She was there to greet us and answer all of our questions. She was very thoughtful and left us a bottle of champagne and a little gift that we really appreciated. She also left a binder of info, brochures, and a map. The room is very small, but that is all we needed. We were only in there to sleep and shower. I'm 6'1 and my wife is 5'9 so it was tight in the bed, but we managed. It was very hot while we were there and there is no AC, but luckily she had a fan which helped tremendously! It was also cool at night with the window open. It was only a little loud and lively at night one of the 4 nights we stayed. The other 3 nights were pretty quiet. There was also an ironing board and iron that I used every day. The location was great! We were walking distance to anything we could possibly need and to the metro. We were also grateful that there was a small lift so we didn't have to haul our luggage up flights of stairs. The balcony isn't big enough to hang out on, but we still went out (one at a time) to stand on it and look at the view. If you're low maintenance and don't need a lot of space, then this is definitely the place for you!
