Perched on top of a heritage building, this architecturally designed 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment that overlooks a contemporary plaza. Surrounded by cafes, shopping and cultural venues, it's right on the doorstep of all the city hot spots.
An award winning architecturally designed space atop a heritage building in central city Melbourne. There are great views from the living area across a plaza and the adjacent heritage buildings. A balconette opens off the living area with French doors to take advantage of the breeze and the views - Help yourself to the scented flowering herbs, perfect for baking savoury scones, muffins and for sauces. Huge picture windows allow maximum winter sunlight to play into the room so you can breakfast in the reflected sunlight on a clear day.
Guests are offered a cosy, clean and bright apartment with a very comfortable and contemporary four poster bed.
I will be happy to make suggestions and recommendations on what to see and where to go in the city, and assist with any information you need.
The apartment is a short distance from many of Melbourne's famous venues including Vue Restaurant, the Lui Bar, Bourke St shopping mall and much more.
The apartment is brilliantly located to take advantage of all that central Melbourne has to offer with public transport options a 2 minute walk away. Its a very short walk (3 minutes) down Little Collins Street to Elizabeth Street shopping and cafes and the other direction will take you to Melbourne's main transport hub, Southern Cross Station - a 15-20 minute walk or short taxi ride.
In the building there is an elevator to Level 4 and then a staircase up to the apartment on Level 5.
Guests have their own bedroom with double bed and large built-in robes. You will have access to all facilities in the living area, kitchen, bathroom and laundry facilities. There is shampoo, body wash, bath towels, and a hair dryer provided for your use.
